Monthly Rentals in Dyke

This was our second time staying at this location! Got snowed in and it looked like an actual winter wonderland. There are heaters throughout the house and a portable space heater as well so we were able to stay warm! highly recommend this place for its location and hospitality!

Little Red is the perfect getaway! Chad was so helpful and quick to respond. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need. Highly recommend!

Mary is a wonderful host! My family was delayed by a day and Mary proactively changed the reservation to save us some $. That was very kind. We would definitely stay there again!

Living Waters Farm did not disappoint! We spent Christmas and New Years here and loved every minute of it. If you want a place to get away from it all while spending quality time with your family/friends, this is it! We enjoyed many hikes on the beautiful property along the river and hills and loved spending time at the pond and fire pit. The porches and rocking chairs and even the squeaky wood floors were iconic. The decor was perfectly fitting of a farmhouse. The kitchen well stocked. No complaints at all. And Mark was terrific! We also enjoyed visiting Monticello, Montpelier, Washington DC, Williamsburg and Jamestown which were all only a short 2 hour drive away or less. So much history all around this area. Most of all we loved having all 8 of our children together again under one roof and getting to spend Christmas all together with our military son stationed in Norfolk. It was a long way to go from Texas, but so many memories were made and it was worth it!!
