Ewan's place was great! It was located on the top floor of the old, historic 'Bents Hotel'. Although, it was a few flights of stairs up to the attic, it was well worth the effort to have the park/beach/bay views. The place was neat, clean and well organised. We found Ewan fantastic to communicate with.

We have previously stayed at Fiona' s Wee Cottage and couldn't imagine that it would be better than that......but it was! The longer that you stay here the more that you fall in love with it and the area! We only wish that we had booked evrn longer! Fiona is fantastic host and we cannot recommend highly enough! Loads of walks in the local area and so peaceful and quiet. We cannot wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. The flat was exactly as advertised and was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, as was the couch. It was a short walk to the lovely beach, and walkable to many places in Montrose. We stayed for just over a week and were very impressed with our time there with the facilities that were available in the flat. Ben was also very responsive to any queries that we had. We would highly recommend Ben’s flat if you are looking to find a place to stay in Montrose!

A beautiful setting, and such a friendly and helpful host. It's even better than the lovely photos would suggest, and we had such a warm, cosy, comfortable January night there. Best night's sleep for a good while, and so nice to wake up to the variety of wildlife outside. Everything we needed was there and more. Great area and enjoyed a beautiful, scenic walk the next day - after a delicious soup in Edzell! Many thanks to our host, Bonny
