Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Duluth

This is a nice place, and felt very secure. We brought our dog and it was perfect. Street parking, and alternate side parking on either odd or even numbered addresses (check the website or with the host to get it right). However, it seemed that many people ignored the parking requirement and we didn't see any tickets. We always found parking right on the same block as the entrance. Note that Google Maps takes you a weird way, and the entrance is on 1st Street. If (when) we come back, we'd stay here again.

I stayed with my two dachshunds for some events at charitable organizations in Wisconsin, and this was one of the few locations that would allow me to bring the dogs and leave them in the room when I had to attend events (as long as they were crated). The room was immaculate with more than I needed for the weekend (full kitchen of appliances including stove, dishwasher, full-size fridge, and washer/dryer in unit). The private balcony was amazing and gave my pups a chance to spend some time outside without needing to be on a leash. The instructions for accessing the building and room were clear and accurate. They offered recommendations for dining in the area (although I didn't need them since my favorite smokehouse, OMC Smokehouse, was conveniently only a few blocks away). I will be sure to check for availability the next time I'm in the area.

Firstly, Dillon was excellent, extremely fast responsive at all different hours of the day, and he also gave us great recommendations for where to go. The location was perfect as a base for our groups weekend Duluth Trip. Plenty of space for us to fit seven, and a really cozy place for us to play board games and watch a movie. Great place!!

Great studio and exactly as described. Super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you may need to cook. Only about a 5 minute drive from lake walk area. Within walking distance of breakfast and dinner places right off the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Marine Iron is a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. It is spacious with all the amenities you could need. The finishes are top notch and stunning! Location is perfect for a weekend getaway. We will visit again and recommend to all our friends & family!

Wonderful, flexible hosts who were quick to respond with questions and requests! The room is so close to all of the shops and restaurants in the Lincoln Park district and it was great having a coffee shop right at the entrance! We had a wonderful stay!!

We had a great stay at the penthouse! Very comfy spot hidden in a cool spot in Duluth. Check in was easy, my keys got messed up during pickup and they were able to remotely get me the right keys very quickly, so was very happy with that.

We had a fantastic time at Enger Lofts. The Airbnb was beautiful, comfortable, and pristine. We loved being able to get up and go to 190 Coffee each morning. We also really enjoyed the good vibes at Bent Paddle Taproom. It was so convenient to have so many walkable amenities in the area. The Rambler Food Truck at Bent Paddle was top notch. We would most definitely stay at Enger Lofts the next time our travels bring us to Duluth.

This is a great option for a Duluth getaway! The hilltop views are very impressive and it’s a short jaunt down to Canal Park. We had no difficulties finding close street parking. The condo was incredibly clean and modern. Would stay again!

Through and through an amazing place to stay. Very peaceful location with a short drive into town. Hosts were super helpful in providing a list of things to do and restaurants to try. 10/10 would recommended!

This was a GREAT place to host a group! The bedrooms were lovely and have VERY comfy beds, there were multiple communal spaces so people could spread out, the kitchen was fantastic for eating and playing games! We enjoyed the sauna which got nice and hot as well as the pingpong table! We will be back!
