We had a good time. My son caught 2 carp and I went into the woods every day. The owners had clearly done their best to welcome us. The Christmas decorations were on and everything was cozy. We visited Ommen, which was also enjoyable.

Stayed for one week at Huuske Woeste Wolden. Beautifully located cottage at the end of a cul-de-sac (private) road. Got clear information in advance about how to get in and some facts about the cottage. Cottage itself is neat and fully furnished with a kitchen with everything you need in it. The garden around the cottage is nice and large. Nice place to stay.

The baking house is cozy and comfortable. Full of comforts and a welcome reception with note and candle/sweets. Location wonderfully quiet and rural and Hardenberg close by for shops and restaurants. Hostess and host is most friendly.
