Holiday rentals with breakfast in Downtown, Boston

I can’t thank Marilyn enough for her warm and welcoming hospitality, whether it’s my first visit or the hundredth. She is incredibly thoughtful, always making sure I feel comfortable—whether I want a quiet moment or an engaging conversation. I absolutely love her intelligent and witty chats. My daughters are also big fans of Marilyn and Lili!

Annie was an excellent host. Responsive, clear, and kind. I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-organized (bunch of outlets in convenient places, nice desk, mirror, good couch). Although there were guests in the other rooms, I felt comfortable and felt like I had privacy. Also, it only took about 15-20 min to get to Harvard by bus. Great overall experience.

Karen’s home truly is cozy. We were here two weeks before Christmas and it was decorated and beautiful. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, nice big fluffy towels and I loved the shower! We have stayed in several,places in the Boston area and this is one of the best. Even my dogs loved it!

Absolutely loved staying here for a whole week and would be back if I find myself in the Boston area once more. It was my first time visiting the city and my first time traveling solo and Robin made it so comfortable and welcoming, her home is beautiful and it felt very private and serene even with multiple guests in the home. She has the dining room set up to be very functional for the self serve station and breakfast options. The room what exactly what I needed and it felt like it was my own little studio, with a staircase that I only used to get up to the room, and a private bathroom with beautiful views of the ocean behind the house. The whole house is very charming and filled with character, and location was awesome, very walkable around the Savin hill area where I felt very safe walking by myself even at night, proximity to walking by the beach and to the T line for affordable transportation, about 10 minutes, easy to navigate. Robin was super responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Jennifers place is beautiful! I've been to salem a bunch and the ives inn is by far my favorite place I've stayed. Jennifer was great w recommendations, and she was super responsive. the two times I needed help she was literally there in like 2 minutes! Also the house is super close to everything you want to see or do in salem. if I could give this place 100 stars I would!

I enjoyed the time staying in the room. The pictures do a good job of representing the size of the room, and the closet is quite spacious. Adding to that, Simone is a great and very helpful host, and she helped out with everything I needed. I really recommend staying here with Simone as a host.

This was a wonderful (and spooky!) place to stay. My kids loved it, with all of the Harry Potter decore. Highly recommend for a memorable experience. The hosts were very helpful and very responsive.

Donnell was very kind and helpful upon checkin. He helped me carry my luggage up to my room which was very appreciated after traveling an entire day. The listing was easy to find with public transportation thanks to Donnell’s super helpful information!

The house is by the lake in a quiet and comfortable residential area. If you don't have a car, it takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the nearest bus stop to get to downtown. The room is very clean and cozy, and the bed is especially comfortable. The only thing to note is that the curtains don’t block out much light, so a sleep mask would be helpful. The host, Thomas, is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend :)

It has been an amazing time in Connie's house. Connie is very warmhearted and caring. The window in the room is beautiful and I had good mood sleeping at night. The house is in a quiet and safe area. Location is very good. I will choose to stay with Connie next time and this is highly recommended

Room is clean and exactly the same as the host mentioned. Bathroom is clean and the utilities are all provided as mentioned. They have breakfast and very convenient to grab some coffee and enjoy morning. The neighborhood is great and there are good restaurants nearby too! Lastly our host Christie is friendly and very responsive!!! Highly recommended!!!~~~

i had an incredible experience staying at Myra’s airbnb. the place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Myra was extremely responsive and made sure i had everything i needed during my stay. the location was perfect, and all the little touches in the home made it feel special. i highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again in the future.
