Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Dorsoduro, Venice

Paola was very nice and very helpful with us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time since the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a beautiful New Year's Eve with friends and we'd love to come back. Thank you Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Highly recommended!

I spent a weekend in this residence with my family from Friday to Sunday, but it deserves a longer stay. First of all, I must thank Marco for his hospitality, for his maximum availability and kindness. The place is fantastic and welcoming. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and quiet with various leisure possibilities. Great location to get to Venice and close to highway to other locations. If I have to enclose everything in a word, I would say excellent and highly recommended.

A very nice location with very many amenities for a good stay. There is enough room to put spools in this location. The living room and kitchen are in one room. There is a separate shower with toilet. On the second floor is a spacious bedroom with and sofa and TV. I loved the surrounding area. A very quiet and fun environment made this short trip a beautiful memory.

Lovely place, very cozy and chic, amazing rooftop, great location for getting around. Francesca was super responsive, when we had trouble with the hot water in, she had someone out right away to fix it. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

We stayed for 2 days in Vania's apartment. It has everything we needed, and our 3-year-old loved the garden. Easy to get in using key locker. The canal was right outside the door, and seeing Murano empty in the morning was amazing. Highly recommended! As others mentioned, entrance to the apartment is through the bedroom, but for us it wasn't a problem.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Nicole is a absolute gem. Total sweetheart! She met us at check in and showed us how to use waterbus transportation, gave us directions to her fav restaurants nearby and suggestions on fun stuff to do in Venice. Her place is so clean and cute. She had espresso, water, orange juice and champagne for us! Location is super close to water transportation. She also gave us access to her bikes which we rode to pick up food twice. Super quiet and away from crowds. We loved it.

We stayed a weekend in this very pleasant and good location . Ideal for a family , I recommend 100%.

Rita is a very good host, helpful all the time, and allowed us to invite friends the daytime for beautiful photograph on the balcony, we liked the appartment very much, hope can be there next time.

Absolutely beautiful apartment close to all the sights of Venice & next to a lovely square with a range of different cafés & restaurant. The apartment is near boat stations, easy to find & has everything you need for a very comfortable stay in Venice, we stayed when the weather was cooler & we were warm and cosy. The roof top terrace with views is a super plus. The apartment is in a fabulous location minutes from Accademia Bridge with beautiful views of Grand Canal & Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute and just a short walk to St Mark’s Square & Rialto Bridge in the other direction. Cristina is an exceptional host, she speaks English which is a plus for us and she is incredibly friendly & helpful. We’d recommend anyone new to Venice to stay here as you won’t be disappointed and for folk like us who visit regularly you’ll find Cristina’s apartment a real gem.

Giuliana's apartment matches the description and photos. Not only is it very clean but also offers all the comforts: microwave, mocha, kettle, etc. Giuliana was very kind and welcoming and also left some sweets for breakfast. If we go back to Treviso, we will definitely come back.

Amazing place, host was very friendly and responsive all the time. You have to take some stairs to reach the apartment but it is worth it, the place is very pretty and comfy.

What a beautiful home away from home! When we arrived Fra’s Mom was waiting for us near the street to help us find the apartment which is located in a nice quiet neighborhood of Dorsoduro. The little terrace is beautiful. We sat outside and watched the gondolas and boats pass by. The apartment is very clean and we would book this place again in a heartbeat! It is located very close to the supermarket which was extremely convenient to purchase a few necessities! Fra always responded promptly to my questions. Thank you for an amazing stay! perfect couple of days tucked away at Francescas apartment. she is so responsive and helpful. great views from the terrace were especially special seeing the NYE fireworks. highly recommend.

Beautiful spot in the Rialto area of Venice. 10 mins walk to San Marco Square and most attractions. Plenty of restaurants right outside the apartment. Very centrally located. Apartment looked just as advertised and the view from the terrace was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more.

My family and I had such an amazing time in Venice! The apartment is so unique and feels like a different world. Everything is beautifully put together and the decor is truly inspiring. We had so many nooks to explore and I feel like the photos don’t even do the space any justice. It was ten times better than we were expecting! The palazzo, that this apartment is located in, feels like you’re stepping into history. It’s just amazing!! The views from the balcony are unparalleled. I have so many photos from all the sunsets we were able to see. Definitely hire a porter for your luggage if you’re hesitant or packed a big suitcase. My family and I managed to haul our stuff up but if I ever have the pleasure of visiting again, I wouldn’t think twice about hiring help. We truly had a wonderful vacation! Thank you, Olivia!!

Monica’s apartment is beautiful and well located. It was spotless when my friend and I arrived. Monica and her husband were incredibly helpful in coordinating our transpiration from the airport and to the train station. I would absolutely stay here again.
