Holiday houses in Dorsoduro, Venice

You won’t meet a more kind and wonderful host! The apartment is spacious and great for a long or short-term stay. The location is very convenient for travelling to and from Venice. Would recommend to anyone! We loved our stay and would go back again.

The stay for our family of 5 was more than good. Great location, away from the tourist flow, but barycentric compared to the main sites. The vaporetto and neighboring commercial activities that allow you to use the house as a base with extreme flexibility. The house is comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you need for both the living area and the sleeping area. Very interesting is the book necklace about Venice that is available on the shelves! Unfortunately, upon our return we received a damage claim for a plumbing problem, which has left us completely basic and for which we are waiting for clarification. The request was not substantiated or documented, with the exception of a generic '' clogged shower ''. We hope this is a mistake. Still recommended apartment.

It was a pleasant experience—the apartment is cozy and authentic. :-) The neighborhood is quiet, yet just about 200 meters away you’ll find lively bars, bistros, and restaurants. I’d say it’s a great place to stay in Venice: easy to reach from Piazzale Roma (around a 15-minute walk) and away from the crowds, in a neighborhood where, from what I could tell, many locals live.

We stayed at Rosa's place for a few days and it was perfect. Easily accessible, very good communication with Rosa, large, clean, functional and convenient accommodation. It is very well located. Very quiet and only 10 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. Very good restaurants nearby. Close to a vaporetto stop. In short, ideal for a good stay in Venice. I totally recommend this host and place to stay. To be booked without a second thought.

Our stay at Eriks' place was great. The house was very spacious (there is actually a bigger couch than the one in the photos), had a well- equipped kitchen, and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect for walking. The was a grocery store a few blocks away. The bus to Venice was nearby as well (tap your credit card when you get on and that is your ticket). Restaurants were nearby as well. we found parking quite easily on the street, which is not the busy. We had a great stay!

Everything was very good, well located accommodation close to the bus to go directly to Venice, clean and large, I highly recommend

Elly’s place is great and in a central location with great amenities.

Absolutely beautiful views from the balconies, and a very comfortable place to spend a long weekend. Orsola and Evelyn were communicative and accommodating. Having a washing machine was a great perk, and the central location was perfect.
