Sue's place was a great base to explore the Norfolk Broads. Sue was lovely and welcoming and happy to provide recommendations for what to do.

We had a lovely weekend at Lapwing cottage, cosy clean & beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen, living room so cosy after our days out. Great location ideal for our Christmassy weekend away, 15 minutes from Sandringham where we enjoyed the spectacular Christmas ‘Luminate’ Easy reach for Wells Next the Sea where we enjoyed a walk on the beach and the best fish & chips at Plattens. Highly recommend Three Horseshoes for Sunday lunch not far from the cottage. We would loved to have stayed longer a real home from home! Thank you Karen for an amazing weekend.

We stayed for 2 nights with our dog. Judy and David are extremely warm friendly hosts. Accommodation was delightful, very spacious with lots of natural light. Very high spec, clean, well furnished, cosy, all amenities. Very peaceful and great location for exploring villages, beaches, Sandringham Parkland and local pubs! Highly recommend The Lookout, a really lovely holiday retreat!

The accommodation was spot less and perfect for 2 people, well equipped too. We commented on this being the cleanest air bnb we have stayed in, thank you. Silent at night too, with absolutely no outside noise. The user manual was neat and easy to work through - again making the stay trouble free.
