Everything was just like the pictures, it was a great in and out stay.

This house makes the perfect home away from home. Especially with young children! It has everything you need to entertain and take care of the kids, it's in a super cute spot, perfectly furnished and decorated, and just a short walk to Whole Foods for snacks. We will definitely be staying here again! **Only thing to note, and this is no fault of the owners bc they clearly state it... but there is no washer/dryer available on site. I overlooked this. So just make sure you pack enough extras if you are traveling with young kids!

Jennifer's place was perfect for a DC trip! It's a 2 minute walk from a bus stop that will bring you downtown. The neighborhood is safe, and the home is private. The kitchen was awesome, it had everything you would need (including 3 different ways to make coffee!). Jennifer was very proactive with the check-in and check-out instructions, and she was there if we needed anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for an affordable stay in DC.

Great place! Walkable to DC attractions and enjoyed the neighborhood. Historic feeling home with updated amenities and fixtures. Perfect for our family of 5. Would definitely book again.

We were in town with our four children (3, 5, 8, 10) for the A-10 basketball tournament at the Capital One Arena. This house couldn't have been more perfect for our crew. We were able to get breakfast around the corner (Buffalo & Bergen, Ebenezer Coffee), go to the Smithsonian museums in the morning, watch basketball mid-day, let the kids relax and play at the house in the afternoons, and get dinner in the neighborhood (Cafe Fili). The house set-up worked great. The kids loved the toy room. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the mornings and evenings as well. There were two additional conveniences that we really appreciated: the reserved parking spot and the easy walk to Union Station. We used the Metro often while here. Perfect location, house, and stay for our family. Thank you!

Fantastic location!! Every day we walked to have breakfast in an amazing nearby restaurant and from there walked some more to get to Capitol Hill, Desiree was a great host very responsive, the place was very clean, exactly what we were looking for

David and Kathy's place was amazing to stay at - great location with a lot of greenery, restaurants but also places for kids. Also the place itself is great - very comfortable with lots of space. David was very helpful and kind to us. Greatly recommended.

We LOVED staying at John and Lisa’s place! It had everything we needed, in a super convenient location close to the metro stations, restaurants, and a grocery store. The bed was VERY comfortable, and the apartment was clean and quiet. John and Lisa are very responsive - they responded to our inquiries in less than 5 minutes! We recommend John and Lisa’s place without any hesitation, and when we return to DC, this will be first on our list of places to stay.

Our family of five (including three children) stayed here and had an amazing experience. Over the past few years, we have visited DC multiple times and stayed in various Airbnbs, but this was by far the best. The living space was incredibly comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect for touring the Smithsonian museums, and there was ample parking space for my minivan.

Allans place is a 10/10 stay in the Shaw DC area. Clean and comfortable, the host was always responsive and understanding with everything I asked him. The parking is also very convenient and accessible if you have a vehicle. Easy to understand lock and spacious apartment indeed. Very pleased!

Great unit, easy to find. Clean and convenient. I was only there for one night, but it was a great retreat while I was in town for business. Across the street from a great gay pub, down the street from restaurants. Mt. Vernon Square Metro stop was a walkable distance, with a Giant between if you need to pick up any essentials.

Great location for access to the National Mall as well as other interesting spots in DC. the neighborhood is cozy and safe, with friendly people and nice dogs everywhere. The place is clean and it's nice being in the upstairs units so you don't hear folks above you. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors during our 3 night stay.

Chris was very helpful and in thorough. The house was clean and everything was easy to find it came fully equipped. The big size TV was a nice touch.
