Holiday rentals with breakfast in Washington

We loved our stay, we felt safe and cared for. The communication was top tier, and very proactive!!! Beautiful pieces reflecting the trips around the world all throughout the home it was gorgeous 😍

Sharon’s communication was excellent. We appreciated the clean property with all the amenities we needed, plus some. Just a couple of blocks to the Metro & The Roost.

Clean space with easy access and very convenient to have toiletries and some kitchen basics in the house already. Would be helpful to have a list of available kitchen amenities in the house (e.g. can opener, toaster) since sometimes they were a bit hard to find- but everything was available. Responsive and flexible host, great house for a friend reunion & walkable to plenty of restaurants, bars, and convenience stores!

Everything was perfect. The place was amazing and so was Deanna. She was welcoming, responsive and accommodating. Will absolutely be back!

Grace was very polite and considerate. My family felt comfortable in area, and it was close to the Metro. The house was large, well equipped, and nicely decorated; with TV in each room.

The house was great for a 2 week family reunion. The home is extremely spacious & the layout (basement, first floor, and second floor) is perfect for a longer stay with 12+ people. Megan was very responsive during our stay and made the experience memorable. Parking was also easy to find on the street. Only con is they don’t have any TVs in the family room. There is 1 in the basement but it’s not a smart tv so you cannot stream anything. Overall my family & I really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay! There were helpful information booklets with useful tips about the area, making it easier to explore. The amenities were good, and it was nice to have extra towels provided. The tea and coffee available were also a thoughtful touch. The host was super friendly and helpful, responding quickly to our questions, which we really appreciated. The neighborhood was very quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. Early in the morning we heard footsteps, but we were aware of this in advance and we were also up early. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we really enjoyed our time here!

What an adorable place! Tastefully decorated and quiet. The place was spotless and it was obviously cleaned hours before we arrived. The mattress and pillows are amazing. I slept so soundly every night. We received text messages every day to make sure our stay was going well and ask if we needed anything. They even sent messages the night before street cleaning to ensure we parked on the correct side of the street. I appreciated that since we were busy sightseeing and would not have remembered to move our car. I would definitely recommend this host and if I am in another city where they are hosting they would be my first choice. Thank you for a great experience!

Jude and Davida are the kind of hosts you hope to get. Responsive, friendly, informative and just a pleasure to speak with. One small issue that I'm sure they weren't aware of was quickly resolved without a qualm. We've stayed in a number of Airbnb rentals over the past few years in the DC area. Theirs was the most comfortable, quietest, with a well stock kitchen, which was important for us as we stayed for 3 weeks. Parking was never an issue as we always found a spot on the street near the apartment. And Jude volunteered to get the necessary parking permit issued by DC to avoid those pesky parking tickets. We can say that we have stopped looking for accommodations in DC as this place will always be first on our list.

Farrah’s place was the best I’m glad I chose this listing. The host were very responsive and gave us great recommendations. Place was really clean & comfy. If I’m ever back in town I’ll be booking again so save me a spot! LOL thanks a lot 🫶🏾

Easy to check in, clean, and comfortable stay for my dogs, myself, and my spouse. Walkable neighborhood. Place had all we needed. Parking was available close by via spothero, but only 2 hour parking on the street.

Great place to stay if you’re solo traveling or a couple. Much more spacious than a hotel room, nice kitchenette with pretty much all the basic necessities. Safe and walkable neighborhood about ten minutes away from the metro and has a capital bike share station right across the street. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

I enjoyed my time at sivenson place. It was as described and well kept. Easy to access with the direction that was given and felt just like home. A cozy place to stay during a work trip. I will definitely visit again anytime.

Gary is very accommodating and amicable. Place was beautiful and reasonably priced given the location. Very walkable area with a metro station very close by for easy access to the city. Would definitely stay here again, already recommended it to my friends.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Bruce's place very much. It is located in a nice, quiet area of DC and a dedicated parking space was available - much appreciated. The unit was exactly as described; it was very clean and nicely decorated with lots of personal and special touches; everything we needed was provided. Vania was very welcoming and provided lots of helpful instructions, and the breakfast she made for us was delicious. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

Fantastic host, hearty breakfasts, great location, interesting fellow guests and very comfortable spacious home more than made up for the European style shared bath. I recommend for a bed and breakfast experience that gives you a home in DC.

We had a wonderful stay at the charming Swann House -- great location, very thoughtfully appointed & breakfast was lovely too!

David was a fantastic host. We felt completely at ease for our 6 nights of stay. It was a clean place with all the needed amenities such as heater, AC, iron & iron board etc which we needed for our work associated stay. What I liked the most was access to Netflix & Amazon Prime on the two TV screens. We could unwind after long day of work in leisurely fashion. The overall experience definitely made it feel like home away from home! :)

Laura and Raymond are so charming and very gracious hosts. I can't recommend the raisin French toast highly enough! Plus the location is so close to Woodley Park Metro the beautiful home is easy to access.
