The place is close to the market, easy to find restaurants, bars, and exchange money shop. The contact person Qui always response quickly, and very friendly. Overall, it’s very nice to stay few days here! AC cooling is strong btw!

Very clean. Peaceful neighborhood (not crowded). Lots of convenience stores, nice restaurants and cafes and atm machines/banks around. Very good coffee downstairs. Very polite host. Great value for money.

For whoever complains about the alley, that person probably did not read instructions. It’s so easy to find, so clear from the host. I absolutely enjoy the stay there, close enough to anywhere i want to go, also not super close that it’s too touristy and too noisy. You don’t hear motorbike noise here so you will have a good sleep. The alley is one of the most clean alley i have seen in Vietnam, also very close to public government place that it’s extremely safe. I will def come back here. The first day I’m at Thao’s place I know I would come here every time I stay in Saigon. I want to keep this place for myself and not saying this but I can’t be selfish cause Thao is so lovely! You don’t need to read anymore reviews, save your time, just book it. :)

My friends and I had such a great time staying at Nguyen & Thu's place! Rooms were spacious and the location was great. They were both very responsive and helpful.

The distance is a little far from Group 1, but it was perfect except for that.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in District 1! The location is perfect, close to all the nice restaurants & shopping spots. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed. The host was incredibly responsive, making it very easy to communicate. Would recommend this place for anyone visiting Vietnam.

Alex’s place was great, à popular residential spot that was very close to the hustle and bustle but also nice and quiet! Clean, big and well equipped. Just some advice for the door you have to touch the keypad with your palm first to enter the code! Thank you again.

I had a great stay, like a 1 bedroom apartment, nice and clean everything is there what you need. Host is amazing and friendly. I forgot my winter coast she went extra mile to send it to me to my new stay, much appreciated it. Lots to eat around, food street is amazing! Great stay, highly recommend 👌
