The place was comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. The area is peaceful but accessible at the same time and easy transportation. Nidova even went above and beyond by allowing us to leave our luggages at their office after checking out. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a place to stay in D1. Thank you so much, Nidova, and we really hope to come back in the near future.

Nicely furnitured apartment. It’s quiet place compared to other hotels in Vietnam (you can’t hear motocycles) we slept well.😄 Everything was clean. Good and fast communication. Thank you😊

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

Amenities: Everything I needed was available—every appliances. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept great! Location: Perfectly situated in hcmc. It was close to everything. . Host’s Hospitality: it was incredibly kind and accommodating, always ready to help with recommendations and quick responses. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

The place was great and Annie was a wonderful host! Inside is a huge space with everything you need available to you and outside the building has all the offerings you could want and more. The rooftop pool especially is amazing. Annie is incredibly responsive and goes above and beyond. Along with the fact that the city centre is only a 10 minute drive away, I strongly recommend this stay!

It was close to Lotte Mart, and it was good to take a taxi to Group 1. It was good value for money, and I was able to watch Netflix for free. I stayed in a good accommodation. Thank you.
