Holiday houses in Dismal Swamp

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Margie's place. Quiet, close to everything, beautifully presented, nice homely touches with very comfy beds. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful spot, right on the beach. The house had everything we could need to make our stay a comfortable one. The boys loved the Freddo frogs on arrival! Alan & Jan were lovely hosts, they gave lots of info about the house and advice about the local area as well. We would happily come back.

The cottage was perfect! Cosy and clean with everything to make you feel at home. The location is beautiful with amazing views. Nice walk to the beach also. Kay was so warm and welcoming. Would recommend as a great base to explore the local area.

Absolutely BLOWN AWAY by this Airbnb. Kelly has renovated and furnished this place so Wonderfully to emphasise the coastal vibe and amazing views. On driving in we saw 3 Black Cockatoos. The next day at dusk a pair of Tasmanian Wedge tail Eagles flew over us while we were on the deck. AMAZING. Loved Kelly's place. Beds super comfy too. I could go on and on. Thanks heaps Kelly.

Such a homey house, perfect for our family and dog. The kids had lots to explore, go on bike rides, go for walks and fishing down at the jetty and a short drive to the main beach and park. This house was perfect and well equipped with everything you need. The owners are super friendly and easy to communicate with. We would love to come back and make it a tradition holiday for our family.

Very nice place to stay when you travel with family or friends. A vintage cottage with beautiful decorations. Easy to walk to any place in Stanley.

Roger and Miranda were very attentive. this was obvious when during our stay they were notified that water and power would be off for a day, when we were to attend a family wedding. Roger went above and beyond to try and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we had to re-locate to another home, we were very sorry to have to leave. Roger was more than understanding and generous with offers of a refund. We would defiantly stay with them again, the house was warm and cosy the beds very comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed. there was plenty of seating and comfortable furniture.

Thanks Jodi - once again we really enjoyed our stay at your property. As we have been there previously it was comforting knowing what we were booking and even more satisfying that the property was as good as the first time. Our kids played so much cricket in the garden while we relaxed on the deck with the dog. Amazing property and a really beautiful location. Thank you.

A beautiful location to spend time with our children. We could have sat and watched the tides come in and out all day. A beautiful peaceful location where you can sit on the deck and relax after many of the day trips available. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen equipped with all you will need. So many personal touches I will recommend to friends and family.
