Great place to stay in Diani. 10 mins walk to the beach, apartment is in the building with security. No strangers are coming inside the property. Apartment is very nice, a lot of space and everything is equipped. Housekeeping is available. Air conditioning in every room. Although there might be a power shortage sometimes, however I think this was a general issue of the town. Pool is great, a little bit warm :D Communication with owner is amazing, very helpful. We receive a guide with instructions and useful information. All requests were completed in a very fast way and host is very polite and nice. Do not recommend the restaurant upstairs, but there are plenty of options in the town. Must say that the driveway to the building is harsh, road is not built there. Car was okay, but a little bit hard in tuktuk. I would recommend the apartment, very cozy, big and close to the Bach. Good standard for the price.

Great location ! Host provided recommendations to make our stay lovely. We were greeted by the hostess with fresh lemonade and a tour of the place. It looks even better in person ! Would stay again!

Great proximity to both town center and the beach is the best thing about it. The apartment is clean and the staff are helpful. Would recommend the place especially who love calm, quiet places or those travelling with their families.

Great stay, good amenities, a home away from home

We spent two wonderful weeks at Jessica’s place. We enjoyed the location, which is right at the beach. Out of the gate we made long walks over the stunning white powdery beach, went to have a daily meal at one of the restaurants along the seafront and had lovely swims in the sea. The welcome was very friendly and thoughtful with icecubes ready for a cold drink. The staff were outstanding - always willing to help and always a smile and a chat. Jessica had many good tips and we loved all of them. We have already booked for next year, that’s how much we recommend this destination.

Akiki apartments afford exceptional quality and hospitality, all in a prime location. Tom is an excellent host; proactive, friendly and very helpful to assist with your stay on site and with wider recommendations for transport and things to do. His team also made us feel tremendously welcome for the whole stay - we will be coming back!

The location is perfect and staff are welcoming. We had an amazing time at the villa.

Great villa, all bedrooms are a good size, cool despite lack of AC and lots of living space. Everything v clean. Pool was fab- we were 2 families with kids who spent a lot of time in the water. Beautiful beach is a 1 min walk away. Chef meals were lovely- definitely recommend. Host was very welcome and communication was excellent. Only downside was the music from the near-by bar. I didn't find it a problem as the fans when you are going to sleep provide a bit of 'white noise' but the other family with younger kids found it disturbed the baby and toddlers sleep. It wasn't every night and seemed to depend which way the wind was blowing, and how loud the speakers were that night.

We loved our stay and couldn’t really have asked for more. The team were really helpful and Noelle also helped us reserve some restaurants which was a massive help, thanks again to everyone there. Security was very friendly and helpful too. It’s in a great location, so close to the beach but also with complete privacy. Next to some amazing (and amazingly cheap!) seafood restaurants, highly recommend Colobus Shade, Mwaepe, and Sir William’s in that order. There are also tuk tuks available pretty much on the corner for the 5/10min ride into central Diani. The villa itself was luxurious, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. My girlfriend loved the interiors in particular. We hope to come back to Diani soon and for sure we’ll hope to come and stay here again.

Amazing location right on the beach with big garden, lots of space. It's an old house with no AC so be prepared for warm nights if it's the hot season, but even then we had good mosquito nets so we could leave the windows open and it cooled down OK during the evening. The staff - cook, house manager, security guard etc are all extremely helpful and friendly, helped us organize taxis and more. We and our kids felt like we were staying at a family home with them and our kids will miss them all so much! Watch out for the monkeys stealing your food if you sit outside (we still ate outside every meal). It's a simple old style home, laid back beach house style. Nothing fancy, which is exactly what we were looking for.

Yvonne is a great host,she was caring since beginning,answering all questions before we arrived and during the stay.The house complex is very close to beach,tuk tuks are passing just in front of the door.There were some missing basic things but Yvonne provided them when we let her know.Highly reccomended

Our experience in Kiko’s place in Diani was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional accommodation we had. The house was not only beautiful and serene but also spotless throughout our stay. It provided the perfect environment for rest, relaxation, and family fun. We particularly enjoyed the ready-to-use pool, which became a favorite spot for everyone. A standout aspect of our stay was the exquisite meals we had. The chef prepared amazing meals that delighted us every day. Each dish was flavorful, well-presented, and made with care—a true highlight of our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Although it is a studio, it was very nice. Jackie is cooperative and responsive. This studio is situated in a former hotel, but it's clean and quarded. The garden with nice swimmingpools, which are being taken care of, is directly connected to the beach. The beach is awesome. Left and right, you will also find a good restaurant/terrace for staying at the beach. For the ones who want to go to a restaurant or to enjoy nightlife, there are taxis at the gate. So all in all a very good place to stay.

Enjoyable stay at Omondi's place. Easy check in process. The building is generally old but the apartment had all the basics required. The host was extremely helpful and responsive and proactive . We had an enjoyable stay overall. Thank you Omondi.

Very nice apartment near to the sea and with a clean swimming pools. Big TV available including Netflix. Huge master bedroom well-appointed. Unforgettable sunrise over the sea. The main point is that Harry is available to support and advice you anytime and on all the topic. Thank you, I hope I will come back soon.

this is the second time i have used the accomodation and i cannot praise it enought. This time i used Issas services as a transfer from the airport to the airport to the accommodation. He recommended, planned and arranged trips to Marine National Part Musíte, safari Tsavo West And Wild park Bora Bora. He also reccommended cheap grocery shopping, excelent restaurants and amazing nightlife. Definitely recommend. ❤️ M
