Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Diani

Just wow! Location, villa, pool, garden, veranda and great host! All you wish for your relaxing days at the beach! If you’ll make the beach since leaving the villa is not needed, everything is there :)

Anisa is a responsible and friendly host, and the cottage is a lot bigger than the pictures show. there's also a lot of thought put into the space, that is lacking in other Airbnbs in the area. All the added small touches make the space feel like your own home, and the unit is quietly tucked away from the main road. The only thing that may not be obvious from the listing, is that the cottage is located along the main road, and is not a beach front property as the pin on AirBnB suggests. Regardless, wished I could have stayed here longer

The pictures of the house don’t do it justice , the house is a work of art, extremely comfortable and well designed. We enjoyed everything about this place and the staff are lovely and accommodating. We would stay here again and again.

One of the best places I’ve ever booked! Wangari is the best host! Very friendly and helpful!!! The house is spotless and very comfortable, we felt like home ! 10/10 would recommend and when we will come visit Kenya again we will stay at Wangari 100% ! Don’t hesitate to book this place you’ll not gonna regret it!

Absolutely enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed staying at Garys place a lot. We appreciated the most 1) access to a beautiful beach with very few people; 2) amazing and authentic style house with wonderful balcony; 3) hospitality of local employees who prepared delicous meals and took care of cleaning the house. We thought that for kids a pool will be needed, but during our stay they actually enjoyed a lot to the ocean - playing in the water and collecting sea shells. Not far from Garys place in a walking distance are few interesting sight seeing spots. Highly recommended!

Lovely place, exactly like the photos. Fully equipped kitchen, drinking water available, very comfy bed. The apartment is in a private garden on the main road, so it's easy to access transport but it remains private and quiet. The public beach is reachable within walking distance (5-10 minutes) and Cece is always available and responsive, very nice experience!

Jane is AMAZING! She took our call in the wee hours of the morning and saved us from being stranded with nowhere. She is responsive and helpfull. And very kind hearted. Her place is very warm and beautiful. And it is exactly as per the pictures. I can’t wait to go back

We had a wonderful stay at Elvis place. The apartment was exactly as expected, clean and well appointed. The pool was lovely. The location was very good for local restaurants and shopping Check in and out was very easy and Rachel was extremely helpful. We would come again and recommend to friends. Thank you

Great place- Queen was very helpful, courteous, and empathetic! Constantly checking on us….. the apartment was clean; great wifi, soft mattresses, and adequate kitchen utensils. A 2 min walk from great, cheap Swahili food (Coast dishes); 7min walk from Java and 24/7 carrefour supermarket. Again, Queen was the icing on the cake! She is a great person- customer service is 11/10!!! Thank you!

still my favourite place in Diani! the only nuisance is the monkeys...

From the moment we stepped into Pamela’s beachside studio, we felt instantly at home. The space is bright, airy, and thoughtfully designed—spacious enough to relax in comfort, yet cozy enough to feel like your own retreat. The location is ideal: just a few minutes’ walk to Diani Beach and close to Carrefour for essentials and snack runs. One of my favorite parts was her impressive book collection—especially the Italian titles and curated cookbooks. It felt like staying with someone who loves good food, great stories, and the charm of travel. Her love for Italy adds soul to the space. Pamela is a warm, attentive host who clearly cares about her guests. Her thoughtful touches made our stay feel special. I also loved the sound system (a must after Wi-Fi—which was great!) and the added bonus of Netflix for winding down. If you’re visiting Diani and want comfort, charm, and a hint of Italian flair—this is the place. Thank you, Pamela! I hope to return soon.

It’s 2 bedrooms apartment with comfortable beds. It’s very clean apartment and couple minutes a way from the beach. It’s has all the amenities I could as for such as utensils to cook and high speed internet. I’ll recommend anyone to rent. Thank you Maithya.

Peter's place is a very nice place. I enjoyed my stay. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. it's also at a very nice location. Will definitely be back.

The place has easily surpassed my expectations and would 100% recommend it to anyone wanting to stay at Diani. The ambience is peaceful, the property is top notch, the pool is amazing and private beach access is the the icing on the cake. Totally worth the cost!

We stayed 11 nights and had a great time. The host was super responsive, Fred who takes care of guests day to day was amazing. The apartment is beautifully furnished with a view over the gardens and ocean. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, it also has a big balcony. You definitely know you in the topics with monkeys on the balcony and gardens, we loved that! It is in a really convenient location with a large multi floor super market only a short walk away plus lots of shops and restaurants within an easy walk. It was safe with security at the main gates and in the complex. The beach is only a 2 minutes walk. Lots of tuk tuks passing by to get around. We had a fantastic stay and would 100% recommend! Faith is a kind and responsive host. I always choose to stay with her when I am in Diani as I know I can count on her to always be available. The place itself is in the best location at Blue Marlin and next to Salty Squid, but also with fully equipped amenities. I would recommend to anyone!

It was my second booking already! I felt absolutely like I am at home! I missed nothing! The housekeeping was on an agreement of both! We talked about when is it necessary and the housekeeping has been done 100%. The description on this page is exactly how it is! The beach, shopping center or a pub is only a short walk away! I enjoyed every single day! There wasn’t anything I have to complain. I will definitely come back! Thanks for everything I appreciate everything of you!
