Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Diamond Beach

Fabulous space for a weekend getaway! We stayed as a group of 14 adults and 1 child and had plenty of space, which is rare to find at such an affordable price. The home was beautifully kept and the pool was a real treat on the hot days!

This was the perfect place to stay whilst our boat was being worked on in the marina shipyard as it was so close. It was a lovely house with an amazing outlook over the water, plenty of space and nice backyard for our toddler to play in. There were plenty of amenities within a short walk and beautiful coastal board walks right from the door.

Couldn't have been happier with our stay. Super friendly host and everything was exactly what we expected from the photos and description.

We love this place, peaceful little town, very easy to check in, garage is actually can be used, 2bedroom downstairs and 1 master bedroom upstairs. dishwasher and stoves are really good just feel like home, comfit loulounge. Backyard to beach has a small trail but has lots of vegetation, the backyard shower is plus, we can wash off the sand before we get into the house. walking distance to the local fish and chips shop, try the batter cod and lemongrass calamari, we ordered 2days for lunch, bottle shop next to it. It could be better if the lighting is brighter, couple of the light bulbs have gone out, we had a great weekend here, very relaxing, so close to beach, we will definitely come back and recommend.

We stayed 4 weeks total and really enjoyed our stay - Ledavy and Paul are great hosts, would totally recommend especially for a long stay - feels so homely :)

Claudia's place was absolutely perfect for our one-night stay! Wish we could have stayed longer. It was exactly what we needed - a quiet, comfortable, and relaxing haven. The space was spacious and spotlessly clean, and we loved the thoughtful and stylish decor. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely recommend Claudia's place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Such a beautiful home in a pristine place. We felt right at home here. Lovely house for my family to relax and unwind. The pool was beautiful and really allowed us to spend quality time together. Stephanie’s is a fantastic host. Check in was easy and simple, even she allowed us to check in few hours early. House was exactly as in pics, even better. We really feel like we are living in our own house, complete privacy, beautiful location and friendly host who will respond anything within few minutes. I really recommend her and would love to stay with her in future. Thanks Stephanie’s for making our stay so comfortable.

Nice little unit overlooking the beach with the bonus of lake views at the back. Perfect position for access to the town and beach. The property was very well presented and spotless. Tracy communicated well and was attentive to our needs. The place was well stocked with more than just the user essentials which was also appreciated. Will definitely be back.

Super location with open outlook to the ocean. Comfortable beds, great shower & a spacious open plan layout. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of items available to cook with if you wished to do so, as well as a bowl of fresh fruit & 'welcome' pastries.😋 Samantha was very quick with her replies & even offered us a later check-out as the following guests had delayed their travel plans, which was sweet.☺️ Was glad of the under cover parking given the inclement weather we experienced while there! Our only issue was the entrance driveway, where the drop kerb is such that you need to take it really slow to 'try' & avoid bottoming out the car.🙏

The unit was spotless with great instructions on how to use things and where things were. Was wonderful that there were pool towels in addition to bath towels. The little extras were nice after a long drive - milk in the fridge and a welcome note. The coffee machine was a blessing! The pool was lovely and just outside the back door. Though it also meant that the back of the unit wasn't very private. I would definitely consider staying here again, but for others please note there is a resort across the road so on street parking (but there is one car spot on site - so no issues if all guests came together) was limited at this super busy time, and the bar had an outdoor band playing which could be heard inside if you want the doors open (required in summer as there is no aircon) Hosts were very communicative - I was kept up to date and given extra info about restaurants. Living area isn't huge, but great for a couple or young family

It was only a very short stay but the place was great. Very clean, comfortable & in a lovely spot. Pete & Angie were fantastic hosts, great communication, very helpful. Would stay again for sure!

This was a very quiet and relaxing few days. Lorraine's apartment is spacious, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the country outlook from the verandah each evening sipping a wine at sunset. The bed is very comfortable and the cooking equipment was all that we needed. It was warm during our stay and there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom, however, the ceiling fans in both rooms helped as did the evening breeze. Had it been in the winter months we would have been delighted to use the cozy wood fire. Next time maybe! We highly recommend this listing to others looking for a quiet and comfortable break.

Lovely apartment! Ocean view, close to the beach, cafes and plenty of things to do with the kids at the resort complex. Perfect family spot.

Bruno's place is right next to the famous One Mile beach, which is super convenient. The kids had great time there. We booked both apartments A and B for two families. One of them has a dishwasher with a bigger kitchen, so we spent most of the group time over there in apartment A. I would recommend this place and will come back with friends.

A lovely comfortable pristine place to stay in a quiet residential street. Everything was as described and it was very easy to find and get in. Loni had also kindly left some treats in the fridge. Beautiful beach just at the end of the road and approx 2 minute walk. It was perfect for our one night stay.

Stunning place, my partner and his dad absolutely loved it. They spent most of their time on the balcony enjoying the amazing ocean views!

Bill’s house was absolutely amazing. The views were just breathtaking and the house itself was very cozy and delightful for cooking and sharing meals. Bill was also an amazing host and made us feel at home. Highly highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful experience and would definitely return again! Felt like home. Diane was so lovely to communicate with, the location was great across the road from the water. Beautiful view to wake up to each morning. Walking distance to carnival, beaches and water park for the kids. Woolworths in the next street which was very convenient. Beautiful short walks to the Rockpool and over the bridge to Forster town centre. Thank you Diane for a wonderful holiday!

Had a great stay at 'The View'. Park the car and forget about everything. The views from the apartment are fantastic with the beach directly opposite. Some great restaurants all within a 2 minute walk along with the local supermarket and bottleshop. The unit has everything you need including a coffee machine and coffee, tea, salt, pepper, foil etc. A Piccolo of wine and a beer in the fridge upon arrival was much appreciated. The unit is accessed by a lift which we loved. There are great walks along the foreshore and coastal hikes for the more adventurous. We can't wait to return. Mark and Leah are excellent hosts and the personal touches make it a very enjoyable holiday.

Contact and response was spot on. It was very nice accomodation. Actually a place that was as good as the pictures, probably better. Easy parking. Great location. Close to restaurants.
