Amazing stay. Had kayaks in the house that we put to great use at the nearby beach. Overall, the house was clean and Louisa was very helpful!

Elizabeth was a great host - very responsive and friendly. The house was bigger than it appears in the photos, and was otherwise as advertised - perfect for a long weekend away with everything we needed. The setting was so peaceful. The kids loved the pool, there was plenty of space to play, and it was an easy walk to the beach. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back.

Wow! We booked this property for the weekend of our wedding for a nice place to stay with our young children and it was perfect. From the second we walked in, it exceeded our expectations! Stunning! Jaymie was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had, right from booking to leaving which made the stay even more inviting. We would love to make this a yearly stay, we couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic property with thoughtful hosts; a wonderful choice for families and kids of all ages. Well maintained amenities and attention to detail made our stay with extended family a delight. The heated pool was a hit - even when it rained - and it was easy to get in and out safely for both the toddler and senior in our group. The wood fire pizza oven is definitely worth cranking for dinner or just to hang in the mini-amphitheatre. The playhouse, car and trampoline kept our little one very entertained. Every room was immaculate and beautifully designed. We were even treated to some local produce courtesy of our host - thanks Lauren! A magical location and very peaceful. Just 10 minutes walk to town and if you’re up for exploring, follow the ‘secret’ track to Wreck beach via the bushland at the rear of the garden. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay for a getaway in Port Stephens. Very close to the beach and shops in Nelson Bay (walking distance). The property itself was immaculate and big enough to fit 2 families with young kids and has everything you need. All the furniture was in excellent condition and there is also a double garage with plenty of space for parking. Would highly recommend and will book again in the future.

Boomers Beach House! Amazing. Took the family fora little getaway and the place was amazing. The Balcony is exceptional! Phenomenal Views. Very large and so well put together with the shade available. Loved our stay, short walk to all the beaches even for my 2 y.o. Cafe's also in walking distance. Thank you again Tony.

Our stay at this beautiful lake house was lovely, Extremely comfortable, with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was absolutely beautiful so crisp and clean. The beautiful big Deck out the back with the BBQ was great for afternoons after the beach for a lunch or dinner with the family. A beautiful big yard for the kids to play. A lovely walk to the jetty and water park just up the road. I will definitely be booking again for the future

We were all impressed when arrived at the house, everything was beyond our expectations. A brand new house with well selected and designed furniture. Great host and always responsive. Perfect stay for a large group. The view was amazing with the pool overlooking the valley. Great location, only 2 hours from Sydney. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for our stay, pool and outdoors area are a sensational place to relax and spend most of our time when we weren’t at a beach. Perfect for a family and brilliant hosts. If they’ll have us we will be back in a heartbeat.

we loved staying at Clare's place, everything we needed to have an enjoyable holiday was supplied. Kids loved the wii, DVD selection and board games. beds were super comfy, lots of lovely light and our dog absolutely loved the dog beach.

There are really no words to describe how beautiful this place is. The views and the cosy beds and lounges and everything taken care of. Perfect for 2 small families to stay in, very peaceful location literally a minute from the beach. We swam and fished and cooked and walked it was gorgeous. Fiona is a wonderful host. Can’t wait to come back!
