Real Himachal begins as you leave the city of Shimla behind. Fagu near Kufri is one of my favorite places. This property a great place to unwind and also explore the region. We arrived late with family in the evening in a sedan but the property was easy and safe to reach . It's just off the Shimla - Narkanda highway - undoubtedly the best and the most scenic road of Shimla district. The friendly staff helped the family with the luggage and check-in. The rooms were nice and spacious with a proper super comfy bed and super cozy duvet. Its very much a family run property and not leased out to operators. Great attention has been paid to small details - framed photos, vintage maps, plants, coffee table books etc. One of the highlights was a private bonfire with a glass of wine in the forest. It is a perfect blend of real luxury and nature. The property hands-down beats the so-called four and five star hotels of Shimla. We are definitely coming back again!

This property provided us with an unforgettable experience in Shimla. Lalit, the host, is exceptional – his warm hospitality and respect for guests' privacy are truly commendable. In today's fast-paced world, being 'just a call away' might seem like a myth, but Lalit embodies this principle, being available 24/7. As for the property itself, I highly recommend it. As someone from Bangalore who cherishes peace and nature, I found this cozy and well-planned abode to be perfect. The property is equipped with all necessary amenities, including room heaters, geysers, power backup, and more. The standout feature, however, is the breathtaking terrace. You can spend hours basking in the serene atmosphere, taking in the stunning views, and enjoying the cool breeze. I have only praise for this property, which is why I firmly believe it deserves the highest rating. I've never been more enthusiastic and appreciative about a property before. 😊😊

The place was really awesome. Beautiful view felt like home. Balwant Singh ji was the person who received us there and he was really very polite and cooked food for us. The food was delicious just like home food. Balwant ji was really proactive. Thank you so much for the great stay.

Aarti’s place was beautiful, serene & clean. The rooms were cozy & the bathrooms were big. The views were to die for!!! Highly recommend this space.

Stay at Hillcrest was amazing. View from the room was scenic and mat he'd the photographs. Amenities was too notch and service was excellent. Host is very helpful and responsive as well as all the staff members take a good care of the guests. Thanks to Sumit ji, sahil ji and Abhineet for their help. Will surely visit again and recommend to others.

Full marks to caretaker of property Seema ji. So polite, ever smiling & helpful. Views from balcony are amazing. Place matches with pictures. Only problem is to reach the place, narrow, steep and bit confusing. But Seema ji remained on phone to guide us till we reached the property, and that too at 10.30PM.

I had the utmost pleasure of staying at this remarkable Airbnb accommodation which is called SUNS Cottage. I am compelled to express my sincere appreciation for the host, who not only provided assistance with great diligence but also exhibited remarkable humility. The breathtaking views from the cottage left an ever lasting impression on my mind. Moreover, the cottage itself was immaculately maintained, exemplifying cleanliness and excellent ventilation. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to visit again in the near future. Nowhere Cottages was the perfect getaway for my family and me! The property is absolutely stunning, surrounded by serene woods and breathtaking views, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was Raghav, the host. He’s like a genie—fulfilling every request with ease and making sure we felt completely at home. My family couldn’t stop praising him for his kindness and attention to detail. From the cozy cottages to the short trek he arranged to the live barbecue at night (which was the cherry on top!), everything was flawless. We’re already planning to visit again in the summer! Highly recommend!

Raj’s villa was wonderful! Beautifully and thoughtfully designed. It has some amazing views and a lovely, warm vibe. We had an amazing time staying at the property. The food was fantastic, and Raj and his family looked after us really well - made us feel right at home. Raj is a great host - very responsive, proactive with suggestions on what to do and see and always ready to help with anything.
