Nick was a very responsive and friendly host. The apartment was really good and free of clutter. Felt right at home.

We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

Ranil was a very kind, helpful and responsive host. The place had everything and was close to many points of interest. Easily the best accommodation in Sri Lanka that I’ve booked among many. I highly suggest anyone to book this!

We stayed at Flower Rd with our family of 4. Everything from the booking to the check out went amazingly smooth. The apartment was very special, beautiful decor, and all the special little details, such as the buring incense upon arrival which made it top notch. The location is very central and the breakfast cafe Kiri Kopi 2 min walk away was right on trend. We highly recommend the stay and the host!!!

We just wanted to share our delightful experience at Zulfica’s (LULU) place where we recently stayed. From the moment we arrived, Zulfica and Jurair were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, even providing a complimentary snack and drink when we arrived. The accommodation was cozy and well-kept. They were always available to answer questions and made sure we had everything needed for a perfect stay. If you’re ever in the area, we highly recommend staying at Zulfica’s place. Gayan is a very responsible host fabulous place to stay

First of all, I want to thank the wonderful landlady Gayani, she did everything to change our stay in Sri Lanka. Very sensitive, kind and caring landlady, we felt at home. One of the best apartments we have visited, an incredibly beautiful place, panoramic windows, the view from the window will delight you every day, birds singing, a great pool and a gym. In real life, the apartments look exactly like in the photos. A little far from the main attractions, but if you love comfort and silence, then these apartments are ideal! We will definitely come again, thank you.

We had a pleasant stay at this beautiful and well appointed apartment. Ideally located in the heart of Colombo surrounded by best restaurants and star class hotels. We will definitely stay here again in our next visit to Sri Lanka and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed at this Airbnb for more than 10 days and had a fantastic experience. The place had everything I needed. private, secure, and fully equipped with all the amenities. It was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a spacious layout. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and supermarkets. My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property was exactly as described in the listing (if not better!) and spotlessly clean. The location of the property perfectly located for whatever needed to do. It is about 50 meters from the main road, so you don't hear the noise from the main road. It was incredibly convenient and made exploring a breeze. The nivanka/nadee were incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. There was a full time care taker at the property and the Shanika - property manager was very helpful. Whatever questions were resolved over a text message I truly felt at home during my stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area, and I would love to stay here again the next time. Thank you, for such a memorable stay!

My family and I, wanted a place in Colombo for a month. After looking for a long time, we finally found this apartment, which truly exceeded our expectations. The best thing is the property it self which has many facilities such as the gym, pool, supermarket and an ATM. There are many restaurants close by aswell. Overall the experience was great. The only drawback if any I would say is the height of the bed, which is very low to the ground. Other than that fantastic place.

Fazyl and Rashid were great hosts, they were supportive during my stay and kept in touch to ensure I had everything I needed. Location was great only a 10min walk to the Mall. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a place to stay in Colombo

Grateful to have this stay at Havelock City - close to so many helpful shops and food court, amenities, etc., for our final days in the country.
