Monthly Rentals in Deerfield Township

We were in town for the ATP Cincinnati Open and this listing was perfect. Excellent location as we were 5 minutes from the venue and off street parking was plentiful. The house had everything we needed and more. We felt at home from the start. Kitchen had all of the supplies we needed and the bedroom was so comfortable. The town had some nice restaurants and was very walkable. We would not hesitate staying here if our travels bring us back to the Cincinnati area.

Josh & Sarah were amazing hosts and unbelievably understand, helpful and responsive with my many messages throughout our two month stay in the area for medical treatments. The rental felt secure and we had no issue with finding it or accessing what we needed. Any issues that arose were dealt with quickly and we never felt ignored, which is great, especially when you have a big snowstorm hit in January. The various neighbors were really nice, too, which isn't something that the owners can control, but it was reassuring when we were all trying to clear snow around our vehicles. The rental was well-stocked with many useful items and there was even a big Air Fryer to boot! The washer & dryer were handy and the couch was super comfy for chilling out and watching shows. The smart TV & speakers worked well. The location was ideal for our needs. I can't say enough about how amazing our stay was and what great hosts Josh & Sarah are!!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Hawk’s Ridge was home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and close to shops, restaurants and pharmacies. UC Health West Chester is only a short 11-minute drive away. Stacey and Melissa are the most responsive hosts we have ever interacted with. Very nice people who made everything to make our stay enjoyable. We can’t wait to return!!! Akim & Marie Kikonda

The place was lovely. Very detailed on the accommodations to make your stay comfortable. Thoughtful extras from snack basket, rain poncho, umbrella, in case you needed it or forgot something. clear instruction’s for TV, etc. Thank you Yvonne!
