Holiday houses in Deer Park

Perfect location, and we didn’t want to leave! My wife and I celebrated our 20 year anniversary at Sarah’s place, and we couldn’t have stayed at a better place. Nothing like grilling from the deck with a beautiful view and then enjoying it with that same view. The hot tub is situated in a perfect spot with a fantastic view along with nice privacy. The house is supplied with a bunch of amenities that made it feel like home away from home. Sarah was an awesome host, and if we get back to Coeur d’Alene we wouldn’t be interested in staying anywhere else other than Sarah’s. Her home had everything we wanted and needed! Thanks for having us Sarah!

Felt right at home and I’m glad I had my rehearsal dinner at their place. Definitely recommend staying if you’re in Spokane area.

Everything was great at Shawna’s place. There was everything we needed for cooking all means at the condo. The surroundings are beautiful! We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the golf course, swimming in the lake and pool. It was so nice. They are in process of updating the unit. They still have some finishes like trim and the doors, but it all looks very nice and is very clean. The mattress we slept on was quite noisy and firm. But it didn’t bother us too much. We would recommend Shawn’s place as a great option!

I wish we could have stayed longer!!! I knew this place was going to be a Haven from the photos… but it exceeded expectations in every way. I’m going to have to hunt down more weekends away in Spokane just to get to stay here!! Perfect couples get away. Very private and peaceful. It has all the amenities to rest and relax. I was surprised how close it was to a local grocery, downtown dining, and state park trails! You feel nicely secluded out there, but need to run for eggs and butter… it’s just down the street! Thank you Dolly!!!! So welcoming!

Booked a stay as our rugby team had a tournament in Spokane. Great location! Quiet neighborhood and close to a grocery store, gas station and coffee stands! Justin was awesome! Friendly and quick to respond and checked if everything was good on our end. The house was spacious and everything was clean and well maintained! Next time we are in town we will definitely book again and extend the invite to watch our rugby game! Cheers!

We thought the house was fantastic! There were seven of us all together, and we could gather inside comfortably and outside comfortably with us all. We could also find spaces away from each other when needed. Beautiful home decor with very comfortable furniture. We loved the kayaks, we had great weather to spend a lot of time outside on the dock, and in the water. Thank you for giving us access. We appreciate it and enjoyed priest very much.

beautiful home, pretty views. Host was very proactive on communications and was helpful. Train is a non issue for us but, there is a train which goes by that you can hear and see. it isnt super close and it did not negatively impact my experience.

We had another great stay at Sandy’s place. The lake is awesome and the house was accommodating for our large group. We did Silverwood on the way in and the way out and then spent a couple great days enjoying the private dock, the kayaks, and the lake.
