Monthly Rentals in Deer Park, Old Toronto

The unit is clean, has nice fixtures and fittings, and is in a great, convenient location (steps to the subway, across from a giant park, and near an excellent supermarket). Sophie is very clear in her communications and takes care with her rentals. It was easily one of the quietest Airbnbs I've stayed in and I appreciated that a lot. Great WiFi and AC, good value for the money, and I felt safe as a single woman. Thank you Sophie!

Although this is a basement, it has a lot of windows. I immediately felt at home because the suite is very cozy. You can tell Olga put a lot of care when decorating and designing the layout. Bed is very comfortable, wi-fi works great( I worked from home almost everyday) and there is a nice/comfy desk. The neighborhood is safe and walking distance to the ttc. For me, another advantage was having in-unit laundry. So far, one of the best airbnb experiences I have had. Thanks for everything Olga.

We had an excellent stay . Nedo was very attentive and always ready to help. The apartment is beautiful, cozy, exactly as shown in the photos, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We didn’t miss anything. My husband has a dust allergy, and over time it can build up, but Nedo kindly offered to bring us an air purifier, which completely solved the issue. The apartment also has a high-quality Dyson vacuum cleaner, which was very useful. When a lightbulb burned out, Nedo promptly came to replace it, showing great attention to detail. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Nedo, for such a great experience!
