John and Samantha were amazing host. This is by far the best stay in Washington we’ve had! We will definitely be placing this as our number 1 listing when looking to stay here again! It’s clean, love the laundry room in the unit and the bed is to die for! Definitely recommend to everyone moving forward!

Matthew's place is very nice and it has amenities for a long stay. I had an issue with a clogged sink but outside of this the unit was fine. It is a half hour from Peoria. Neighbors are friendly so that is a plus.

Brittany & Brad are awesome hosts and this private apartment was perfect for my stay. The place is exactly as described and had all of the amenities you would expect. Full kitchen w/ gas stove, fully stocked Keurig coffee, plush towels, extremely comfortable bed and quiet neighbors. The on-site laundry made my extended stay a breeze. I had one issue with the keypad to the door running out of batteries and preventing me from entering, but one quick message and Brittany & Brad were there within 5 min to fix. I highly recommend this apartment and these hosts. They were extremely accommodating and you can tell they really care about their place and their guests. Would definitely stay again.

I would recommend this place for anyone needing housing for rotations/work at the Peoria hospitals. The area was very safe and quiet with no issues. This is the second floor of a duplex and although it isn’t the fanciest, it was super spacious with everything you need for a temporary stay and exactly what the pictures show. My only drawback is that upon check-in, the bathroom seemed like it was not cleaned, however Zuhair was very responsive and got it recleaned immediately. Overall, very smooth stay and was priced very competitively (lot cheaper than hotels). Perfect place for students doing rotations in the area but not looking to break the bank!
