Holiday rentals with a patio in Deep River

We enjoyed the weekend at the the mystic getaway, the apartment is clean and comfy! We located the Denison Homestead and took a beautiful trail hike even though it was cold and windy. We had a great dinner at SnP and comedy night at Mohegan Sun. We hope to return in the summer!

I always look to stay at Kevin’s properties before anywhere else! They always are extremely clean, functional and germs of having everything you could possibly need while you were there, and prime locations! Kevin is an excellent host and is always willing to help out with any thing I have ever needed. Highly recommend any of his properties! This one in particular has an absolutely gorgeous view from every angle and amazing walk out patio

We only stayed one night at Samantha and Robert’s but would definitely stay again next time we are in New Haven. The apartment was clean, quiet, and spacious. There were a number of thoughtful amenities like a high chair, extra toothbrushes and soap in the bathroom, and even some snacks. The neighborhood was really quiet with a nice view of the beach and downtown New Haven across the water.

This spot was perfectly situated in Fairfield. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and very easy for us as a family of four to settle in to. We would highly recommend to anyone, and will most definitely be back!

Our short stay at this New Haven home was perfect. The shower was the reason I chose this Airbnb and it did not disappoint! Everything was clean and the place was spacious.

We're a family 4 and visited Hartford for 7 days. There were 2 young adults and 2 grown adults sharing this space. Our stay was restful, peaceful, and relaxing. For those that choose to stay, remember Hartford is a city. There will be city noise: neighbors talking, cars driving by, and a few fire sirens. The house is well-insulated and none of these city sounds were disturbing to us. There is spacious parking in the rear of the home. There are multiple flights up to the unit. Amiditally, we were a little breathless on day 1. By day 3, we were whizzing up the stairs. The inside was neat clean, cozy and comfortable. The washer and dryer were a huge convenience! We were minutes away from shopping, dinning, and the highway. The hosts were easily accessible for questions. This place is definitely a home away from home. We will certainly stay again!

What a great place! The lovely garden level apartment really is lovely! Spacious with beautiful furnishings, a great kitchen, comfortable bed, and pretty views of the garden. Easy walking distance to the village and some fun restaurants. Great location - close to Goodspeed Opera House and the surrounding CT River towns. Really enjoyed our brief stay there - we hope to come back sometime!

The apartment was spacious and had a huge TV. The neighborhood was quiet and close enough to walk to Blue Black Square, where there’s a bunch of stores and restaurants. We would definitely book again if we go back to the area.

This was a truly beautiful home that was perfect for our week along the coast of Connecticut. The home was impeccably clean and setup with an amazing bathroom and kitchen. Set in a peaceful area north of Niantic, it was a perfect place for my family and I to head out to many coastal adventures. We had close access to Mystic and New Haven with a short road trip to Newport. Jason and Colleen were wonderful hosts and have setup their place amazingly easy to get in and utilize. From the available bikes in the basement to the games my kids quickly found to play, this was a perfect place for us this week. Highly recommend to others looking for a great CT coastline getaway!

The place was perfect for me, my wife, and baby for 3 nights. It was exactly as described in the posting. The neighborhood was quiet, the place was clean and comfortable, and it was super close to my sister's house in Meriden. The host was extremely quick to respond when I messaged her and was proactive in asking if we needed anything else. Overall would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again.

Great home with lots of sleeping space. We had multiple families in for a cheer comp and we were all very comfortable.

Sue was a great host. She was responsive and flexible and my dog and I had a great place to stay mid-way through our travels. Downtown Milford is a great little town- there are some wonderful green spaces about a mile drive from Sue's and many great places to eat/order takeout. This worked out for us very well :)

We were all very happy with the check-in/check-out. Instructions were clear and host left helpful information. Beds were quite comfortable. More than enough space for all. Laundry room was a plus. Easy to access town & beach. Lovely place - quiet - clean. Would definitely book again.

Nadine’s place is a great location, lots of food options and a great roastery/brewery nearby. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was spotless. We felt at home and it was a great place to use as home base for our adventures!

Alex’s place was great! Very clean and comfortable! He tried to accommodate an early check in which is always appreciated. I love that parking was free and easy since I had a rental. The area was very pretty and quiet. I would definitely come here again if I visit Connecticut!

We recently stayed for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time. The unit was decorated nicely and had so many thoughtful touches. The beds and linens were comfortable. Overall very comfortable! The hot tub and sauna at the clubhouse were amazing! Also it’s only 5 minutes from Mohegan Sun which was very convenient! The hosts were always responsive and friendly! Will definitely be back!!

We (an older couple in our early 70s) have stayed at many AirBnB's and this was probably the finest. Elizabeth included lots of good personal touches, such as Christmas decorations including a tree, abundant supply of breakfast food items, coffee and tea, everything necessary to make the kitchen very functional. The unit was exceptionally clean and well supplied, furnishings were tasteful. The condo felt spacious and uncluttered. It was exactly what we were looking for while we visited family in the area. Elizabeth was quick to respond to our questions. Thanks Elizabeth for your part in making this visit to CT very pleasant.

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Perfect weekend getaway! We had an outstanding stay at this place! The condo is perfectly located close to the clubhouse and the Norwich Inn spa. We had full access to the clubhouse with a private hot tub, sauna, gym and movie area. We were celebrating our friend’s 50th birthday and the host beautifully decorated the room for us. It made the stay extra special. The condo is even nicer than the pictures and we were pleasantly surprised. We were impressed with how neat and clean everything was with obvious attention to every little detail. The design is super cute and comfortable with a refreshing, peaceful ambience. The beds were great and the balcony provided a nice view! We couldn’t have asked for anything more & we plan for on returning. Check in was seamless and it was a pleasure working with the host of this condo. Don’t hesitate booking this place! You will love it!

My husband and I stayed at Krista's Villa last weekend as my husband had to attend the Boat Show at Mohegan Sun. After looking at Mohegan Sun and the surrounding hotels we found ourselves looking on airb&b. Krista's place was affordable, clean, perfect for my husband and daughter, had everything you needed and more. She was quick to respond to me, offered early check in and late check out and really made us feel welcomed and comfortable from a distance. We hope to go back for sure.

We had a great time at Vanessa’s apartment with our dog. Vanessa was always responsive and very helpful along the way. Centrally located between all of the surrounding towns and the apartment had everything you needed! The nature of the complex does allow for some outside noise from neighbors but the apartment complex was very peaceful and well kept. We hope to be back in the summer time to explore more of the beaches!

Super cool villa so close to Mohegan. Beds were very comfortable and it was the easiest check in and entry! Loved the decor and vibe of the place!
