We had a lovely time staying at Alfredo's place. The location is ideal for walking to the harbor and getting to the natural swimming pools. The communication with Alfredo worked out great. The only downside to the apartment is that it is very clairaudient and you can hear the neighbors. All in all we had a great stay!

We felt very comfortable here during our multi-day stay at the end of February. Communication with Carlos was excellent without being intrusive. The place provided us with everything we had hoped for for our getaway. We were able to cook something ourselves, but also find good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the view from the balcony very much and was interested in watching the rainy ferry operation. All in all, we liked the apartment, place and location very much, so we would certainly seek refuge there again as soon as it takes us back to Gran Canaria.

If you're looking for a very clean, no bugs in a quiet neighborhood, don't even think about it. The cleanliness of the big C. Nothing was sticky, everything was sparkling and smelling. There was not a single bug either day or night. I only met a wonderful little lizard outside once. The house had everything we needed! From cleaning supplies to spices. Location right next to the store. A short and pleasant walk to the harbor, restaurants, and pools. Cafe a few steps from the house. Pool area empty, you can sunbathe alone. The pool is beautiful, but unfortunately the water is not heated, which gives you not very hot water in January. But it's not a big deal, because there are a lot of interesting things to see. The house was warm and a blanket for the night was quite enough. If we are on GC again, we will definitely choose this home because it provided comfort and space. I recommend with a clear conscience

It's a solid apartment & Guanak did a good job of being a host, I do think the kitchen was a bit bare-bones, no salt, no microwave? There was a problem with their regular cleaner that may be the reason, & Guanak compensated graciously with a dinner at their family restaurant, 2 homemade ginger beers, 6-pack of their eggs, which I really appreciated. Bare minimum essentials for a month: 4 toilet rolls, 2 laundry pods, & 2 trash bags. Overall I'm happy with the stay, I'd have preferred less noise from the soccer field & a quieter refrigerator but I'd book it again.
