Monthly Rentals in Dawson

What a great place! It was so quiet and serene. And I loved the movie-themed interior. It was easy to get inside, and I was even greeted by the friendly dog at the gate. This is a great place, and whenever I stop in Albany I'll always check to see if this space is available first! :)

This cottage is a lovely little get away spot. We arrived at 4 pm and found the birds roosting in the trees and chirping amongs themselves. It was really something to listen to them settling in for the night. There's a field at the back of the property that was covered with a lite mist in the morning as the sun came up and the deer feed at the edge. It's very charming, go and stay, you'll see. Sitting on the front porch, watching the horses in the pasture, rocking the evening away was a perfect way to relax! Walking down back to the friendly cows that came up for pictures was a nice touch. Waking up and having the horses inside the attached barn was amazing! And the delicious homemade cookies, what a sweet idea to welcome guests! Andy and Mandy were very friendly and welcoming, we have already made plans to stay again in June!

Was in town for funeral. Home was perfect location, plenty of space-especially kitchen. Instructions were very clear and helpful.
