Tiny house holiday rentals in Davidson County

Thankful for a flexible check-in for a full days sleep before working a night shift. Quiet neighborhood for a daytime sleeper. Tina's place has become my go-to place when my other home away from home is unavailable.

I stayed at this AirBnb with my daughter for a few days. We are familiar with the area, and I specifically looked for a place to stay around 12 South. You can walk to the main street in just a minute or so, and then you are right at the shops and restaurants, which are numerous. The area is very safe and comfortable to walk around in. The unit is very cute, and we loved the fenced-in yard. In warmer weather it would be a great place to sit and read a book and relax. The fact that it had two full baths was a plus. The kitchen was very spacious and well-equipped with what we needed. It was made clear that it is not a full kitchen with an oven and cooktop, but I was not looking to cook while I was there. It had a nice coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator, which was fine. I would definitely choose to stay there again the next time I am in Nashville.

It’s a perfect stay for one or two people! Quiet neighborhood, great restaurants and coffee shops around, and Caroline was very kind and responsive. Highly recommend!!

The home was well equipped and had everything we needed including earplugs and a white noise machine to help with the noise from the street. Would book again!

We had a great long weekend stay here! $10 or less uber to almost anywhere in Nashville & privacy…you can’t beat it! Julian was responsive and helpful for any question needing to be answered. We would definitely stay again. Only thing I will say for anyone looking to stay, it definitely only sleeps 2 (3 if someone is okay with a smaller couch)…it didn’t apply to us because it was just the two of us but for anyone who might have more than that, I’d consider reaching out to Julian about bringing an air mattress or something to actually accommodate 4. Otherwise, I felt the listing was accurately described and we personally live close to trains at home so it didn’t bother us! We had a great time and loved the space.

Such a beautiful place. Flew in after dark, so finding our way up the drive was challenging, but Heather was quick to answer all of our questions. Quaint, quiet, comfortable and a very relaxing little find. I personally haven’t rented a guest house property before, based on privacy preferences, but we never even physically crossed paths. Felt like our own little cabin in the woods. Lots to do and just a short drive to the city.

We loved our stay at Ellen’s place! Great location, can walk to the Gulch and Broadway and a cute, quaint place. The perfect size for two people. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I truly enjoyed this space. Simply put, we will be back. The host was super helpful and responsive. The space was clean and you could feel it and soon as you walked in. The bedding smelt fresh and laundered (this is something you can’t always be sure of.) No dust or debris on the floor. The tv is small but it fits perfectly for the space and it was such an added bonus for us at the end of the night. The site facilities are great too! The playground is conveniently located directly across from the cabin and it felt totally safe to allow my children to walk over while we stayed back. Tons of wooden swings located all over the property. The personal fire pit and grill were a pleasant surprise. The facilities bathrooms also felt clean and were easily accessible. It was such a pleasant trip.

The Bridge House is a gem! Tasteful, clean, peaceful, unique...Christie is extremely responsive and applies much appreciated, subtle touches. Only 30 minutes from our Madison/Nashville home, we felt transported to a destination retreat! We'll definitely come back!

I loved my stay at this charming guesthouse! Bo and Mathilde were incredibly friendly and accommodating! I was so comfortable and my dog Scout had a blast. Loved the location! Can’t wait to return!

Stayed in a cabin, big bed and bunk beds, small but it worked out for 2 people, I hung up a make ship curtain so we had privacy, I was concerned about the a/c but it was nice and cold, fridge was just big enough and plenty of towels and even pool towels. The bathroom/shower was probably 50’ away nice and clean The pool area was a little old but it was nice to get in with the family I would give it a 5 ⭐️rating

What a peaceful cottage just outside the hustle and bustle of Nashville. Kim and Scott both made sure we were settled in, had the details about all things Nashville and felt right at home. Looking for a place to stay with all the local vibes, this is the place! And provides the comfiest napping place or nights sleep!

This place is so beautiful. Had a friends get together here…sat in front of the fire and played games and relaxed. The beds were so comfy…all around beautiful and peaceful. Hope to come again!

Book this Cabin! It’s private, cozy, clean and oh so perfect! Close enough to travel and do things to keep busy and also remote enough to escape and hide away in the cabin. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were very clean, the bathrooms were pristine, the cabin was decorated so beautifully for Christmas! I was in heaven while staying here. Cory even accommodated our somewhat last minute request to extend our visit by 3 extra nights so we could enjoy the snow last minute! I would recommend this host EVERY TIME! The cabin is full of the things normally locked up at other air bnbs, such as extra sheets, scissors, tape, sunscreen, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels,etc. I was thoroughly impressed and happy I was able to clean along our stay and keep the place to my standards. Will be back again! Thank you for letting us enjoy your cabin!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was beautiful! The staff was so kind and helpful! We felt right at home and loved every minute and are sure to be back!

The location in Germantown can't be beat. There were many great restaurants within easy walking distance and we felt absolutely safe walking in the neighborhood at night. Randy and Diane provided many recommendations for restaurants and cafes. We wished we had more time to try more of them.

This is my fiance and I’s second time staying here and it was great the first time and somehow felt even better the second time. Karen is such a great host and always welcomes us with open arms and makes us feel right at home. The house is very clean and everything is there as listed. Highly recommend this Airbnb and host!

First of all, Deborah and Greg are some real cool people. It was easy to talk to them about anything regarding the airbnb as they’re super responsive. There were so many cute touches throughout the space, my favorite obviously being the turntable. The records Deborah chose to put out were accustom to us as they asked us a few of our favorite artists prior to our arrival. Such a cute idea!! As music lovers that was very special to my crew. It was a great and comfortable space, and the trains honestly offered the best ambience i could’ve asked for. Felt right at home here, and fingers crossed it’ll be available my next Nashville trip because I’d totally stay here again. My friend said it was probably her favorite airbnb we’ve ever stayed at, and I agree. Thanks so much Greg and Deborah! ❤️
