Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Davidson County

We stayed here with a group of friends for my bachelorette trip and had wonderful stay. The space is perfect for decorating and the vibe is perfect. Maria was very responsive and accommodating. We felt like we were home and it was perfect for us🩷

We needed a place fairly close to Vanderbilt that would accept a 70 pound dog and this place fit the bill. Very clean (I gave four stars just because a few pieces of silverware didn't seem to be cleaned well - everything else was good), and the pictures represented the property well. It was in a quiet neighborhood and it has a surprisingly big fenced back yard, which was great for our dog! Comfy furniture and bed and our stay went smoothly. The hosts are great communicators and reached out proactively with helpful information. Aesthetically some different guests might want some updates (a fresh coat of paint in a few rooms maybe, and an update to the main bathroom) but we don't care much about that. Also, if you need a big kitchen, look elsewhere. But for us, this place was perfect. We'll be staying here again in a few weeks, on our way back through Nashville, and we're looking forward to it.

Would highly recommend, only 2 points to consider before booking, which are also clearly visible from the posting, so nothing is obscured: there is no real living room area for chilling in the unit, in addition to no kitchen. Also you are upstairs from the host, separated from a sliding wall at the bottom of the steps, so you’ll want to avoid making excess noise. Like I said though, it’s a great place, would certainly recommend, especially for a soccer game!

We love staying at the Cottage— super comfy, well equipped kitchen, great location and just feels like a home away from home! Cherylann is a wonderful and very caring host! Can’t wait to come back!

We spent my 30th birthday here and the whole family loved it! Rose was very welcoming and responded to any questions we had promptly. There was plenty of space for our family of 7 and the space was so much fun to be in. We will definitely be staying here again for future family get togethers! Highly, highly recommend.

Alyssa was great with communication and clear on instructions. Our dog loved the backyard! Great location easy to get downtown and plenty to do in east Nashville!

Gabriela's place was literally less than a mile from where my office is going to be and her place was really nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and her place was a home away from home. Thank you!

The hot tub was definitely a plus! I enjoyed the arcade games, new high for Galaga! The beds were very cozy and everyone had their own bathroom. The house is very comfortable and relaxing. Plenty of space to socialize and then to have your privacy.

Had a wonderful stay while in Nashville for work! Great house very comfy beds and cozy house. Loved our stay much more than being in a hotel. Beautiful neighborhood and Greg was absolutely great host, check to see if we meds it okay and if there was anything we needed. Will definitely return for a stay in the summer to try out that pool! Great house!

Brigitte was a wonderful host. With friendly and quick communication everything was perfect. And what a great location. Lots of great coffee shops for your breakfast adventures, local bars with music, and great history all within walking distance. I traveled with my dog and he loved the park right next door and looking out the window at the scenes of a city. Not something he has ever seen before. I highly recommend Brigitte’s spot at Spence Manor. If you’re thinking about it, just do it! You’ll be in good hands.

We stayed here last minute and Amy was very helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The place was beautiful and clean. Restaurants and downtown is in walking distance. We walked with our small children with no issue. The parking garage was amazing. It had carts and elevators to easily get all of your luggage to your room in one trip. The bed was very comfy, the shower was amazing, and the place had everything you could need. Highly recommend if you find yourself visiting Nashville!

Loved staying at this spot! Extremely clean and close to many restaurants and shops. Don gave great instructions and recommendations and didn’t have a problem checking in/ out.

We loved this apartment! It was clean, nicely furnished, and stocked with all the basics we needed for our stay. The best things were very comfortable beds, morning coffee on the balcony, the secure parking garage, and the small gym/workout room. The area also felt safe, and was walkable to the restaurants in the Gulch. Alex is a great host and we will definitely stay here again.

What a great host and place to stay for a work trip. The place was clean, easy to find, and very close to my favorite Thai restaurant (Deg Thai) in the United States. I’d stay here again for my next trip. Our host was very responsive and proactive with communication. No issues. No BS.

Definitely recommend staying with Nacona! I had to reserve this Airbnb last minute, but Nacona was quick to approve my request and send along instructions! We arrived late at night, and it took us a second to find the spot. That said, I’m sure it’s easier to find during the day because they’ve painted the building number in large print on the side of the house. While the fees were a little higher than I would’ve liked, the house met all of our needs and matched the description perfectly! No complaints here! Would be happy to stay with Nacona again.

Michelle’s townhome was great. Plenty of fans in the bedrooms and an optional memory foam pillow to use. Lots of pillows in each bedroom. Also had a Bluetooth radio to use and a nice tv in the living room with good WiFi. Close to airport and Nissan stadium, which was perfect for us. Also, there were snacks and bottled water available in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for my visit to Nashville. Easy access and walkable neighborhood with my dogs. Excellent location to good coffee shops and restaurants. This will be a go to stay for me when I want to be in East Nashville.

I needed a place to stay while visiting Nashville for a wedding & Mary's place was perfect! It was exactly as described & perfect for a laid-back weekend. I was attending wedding events in the neighborhood and her place was walkable to all of the venues but there was also plenty of parking near her home if you plan to drive to Nashville (which I did). Also, I opted to extend my stay by 1 night and asked Mary if she had availability. She did not but went above and beyond to send me recommendations for other places nearby! Excellent host! Highly recommend it if you are looking for a cozy home away from home while visiting East Nashville!

First of all, Deborah and Greg are some real cool people. It was easy to talk to them about anything regarding the airbnb as they’re super responsive. There were so many cute touches throughout the space, my favorite obviously being the turntable. The records Deborah chose to put out were accustom to us as they asked us a few of our favorite artists prior to our arrival. Such a cute idea!! As music lovers that was very special to my crew. It was a great and comfortable space, and the trains honestly offered the best ambience i could’ve asked for. Felt right at home here, and fingers crossed it’ll be available my next Nashville trip because I’d totally stay here again. My friend said it was probably her favorite airbnb we’ve ever stayed at, and I agree. Thanks so much Greg and Deborah! ❤️

9 of us stayed at Hosea’s place, it was super cute and perfect for a weekend in Nashville. About 20 minutes to downtown/broadway. Comfy beds & lots of space, would recommend! Thanks for having us!
