Jan and Monica are fabulous hosts, wonderfully friendly and welcoming! They respond quickly to any questions or needs and convey great joy in what they do. The house is like a writer's retreat, perfect for a getaway with a serene back porch surrounded by nature. The location is on a quiet street and perfectly distanced from downtown West Palm Beach, inviting a walk along the water to nearby restaurants and more. Super clean and comfortable, the house has a great feel to it, letting you be at home from the start. Rooms are great sizes, bed is very comfortable and the amenities added provide a nice touch - snacks in the kitchen, supplies in the bathroom, work desk, reading materials and more. Jan and Monica put a lot of care into ensuring a great stay for guests. This is an excellent choice if you need to be in or near West Palm Beach for work or play, one of the best houses I've stayed in through AirBnB! Thank you to Jan and Monica!

Place was clean and comfortable. Very central location, close to the airport if you’re flying in and close to the interstate if you’re driving.

Shawn’s place is small, but peaceful! Perfect for solo travelers or a couple. The patio is very private and nice to sit out on to enjoy the South Florida sun, and its ample proximity to I-95 and downtown WPB are unmatched for the price! Would definitely stay again!
