Cottage holiday rentals in Crooked Lake

We loved our weekend on long lake. We had a nice relaxing time hanging out, fishing, enjoying a fire in the evening, etc. Also very much appreciated how stocked the house was with small things we needed, but wouldnt think to bring, like ziplock bags or just common kitchen tools. Overall, a great spot to chill on the lake and Laura and Steve are great hosts who respond quickly if there are any issues.

this was a repeat stay for us. we have stayed several places on the barbee chain and this is a nice one. you wont be disappointed. we had 2 kids and 3 adults and theres plenty of elbow room. lots of nice ameneties like an awesome arcade and foos ball table. 90s kids rejoice for nba jam, and other childhood classics.

It was a great little getaway place for my husband and I. It was smaller than expected, but still worked out perfectly for the 2 of us. The hot tub was great! Kitchen is well stocked, and the place was very clean!

Beautiful cozy home. They went above and beyond decorating a little for our Christmas get away and even had a little tree put up. Would definitely stay again! The hotub was great to relax in while star gazing. Everything was fantastic!

Our time with friends at Sam and Christine’s was perfect! Peaceful and quiet which made for the perfect place to unplug and unwind. Spent hours floating on the very clear lake in the sunshine, visiting on the deck, kayaking, fishing and sitting around the fire pit while watching some of the most amazing sunsets. The house was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. Sam and Christine’s will defiantly be our choice next year for our annual getaway with friends!

This place is the ultimate get away from everything location! It is remote and quiet. The perfect place to go and just read a book or even take some of your crafts to work on. It is beautiful and quiet. I also love that we were able to bring our dog. My husband and I just went through a catastrophic event and we needed to get away for a few days. This is exactly what we needed. This place felt familiar and like home from the moment we arrived. We will be staying again in the future.

Beautiful sunsets in the evenings! The house was perfect! No issues at all! Phillip was great at communicating! The neighbors were so friendly!!

This was such a nice weekend with our family. The cottage was stocked with everything you need! The lake is super quiet and pretty private! The place was clean and remodeled in the inside. Our first time booking an AIRBNB so we were nervous but we are so glad we did!

Terri’s home is beautiful and clean. Bed is comfy and the extra throw blankets are a plus. Kitchen is well stocked.

It was another magical stay at the Point. Beautiful, private, serene setting, even during a busy time on the lake. The house was as immaculately clean and comfortable as it has been on our previous visits. We're tall -- both six feet -- and the slanted ceiling in the kitchen/bathroom (mentioned in another review) has never been a concern. Loren is the best host I've worked with on Airbnb, offering clear instructions and quick communication.

It was absolutely perfect. We only stayed 2 nights and it was very comfortable and delightful. I put it as very clean and would recommend to anyone who wants cleanliness. Thank you so much for letting us stay... was wonderful

We had a great and relaxing stay! The home was cozy, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would love to visit again. Since we visited in the winter, it did get a bit chilly if we weren’t in the living room with the heater, and the bathroom was especially cold since it was the farthest from the heat source. That said, we completely understood this might be expected for a lake house in the winter, and we imagine it’d be perfect in the summer.

The location was great for us. The reviews are correct that the stairs are steep but they were okay. Quiet neighborhood. I would return if we were back to this area.

I was at Grace College for a conference all week and thought thought this would be a neat place to stay instead of hotel. It was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, super clean. Appreciated the extra touches, like the snacks and drinks. Beautiful view of the lake. My only regret is that most days I had to leave while ot was still dark and didn't get home until it was dark...wish I had been able to enjoy it more! I invited my mom along, and she had the best vacation of her life, chilling at the Airbnb while I did my thing. 10/10 recommend. :)
