It was a wonderful week in Benedetta's cottage. It is decorated with a lot of love, the bed is well laid out and the shower is perfect. The kitchen is tiny, but you will find everything you might need! And the hot tub is great too. The neighbors were nice and helpful, and we didn't lack anything. Internet didn't work well at first, but this was quickly resolved by Maria Teresa. Benedetta's mother came to know regularly if everything was to your liking. Very nice!

Cristina and her family were so great and welcoming! Cristina was always communicative and made sure I had everything I needed. The home is beautiful and very peaceful with bright light and fresh air. A good place to come and unwind for a while.

My partner and I had a wedding in the local area and this location was perfect. The hosts were very accommodating and were even able to drive us where we needed to go for the weekend. We also asked if we could be picked up from the airport and we were accommodated for that too. Giovanni was very quick to respond to our messages during our stay and was very flexible with our check out time. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartment stays very cool so there’s no need to worry about having no air-con, a fan was provided and that was enough. The pool area is amazing and it is so tranquil, there are a lot of bugs in the area though so bring your bug spray! Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting the area or have a wedding to attend at Terzo di Danciano.

Student accommodation in the centre of Perugia. Excellent value and great location, but noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. Had difficulty getting replacement supplies of toilet paper and guests are responsible for cleaning own room and laundering bed linen. There is a washing machine one can use. This didn’t bother me as I wanted the convenience and economy. It’s just worth being aware of. I had a great stay and facilities are suitable for working remotely.
