Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Croatia

This apartment was really great, good location, beach is close by and a number of restaurants and places to drink coffee nearby or in walking distance. City of Rab is 30min away on foot, or you can take a taxi boat. Apartment was clean, had everything we needed, nice balcony. The only minor bad thing is that some kitchem supplies were missing but we managed. Zdenka and her daughter helped us with anything we needed during the stay. Recommended!

Thank you Mario and Leonarda for this stay. We stayed with a group of 7, and the apartment was very spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable, showers great, and the terrace outside is wonderful. We will definitely come back!

This home is located in a peaceful suburban area which is very nice when you just left two noisy homes. The accommodation is very well equipped and was very clean. We will happily return to Croatia and if possible to this place when we return to Zadar.

Very nice accommodation with great views. Very high standard of the property. Helpful hosts. Car needed to restaurants, shops & excursions. The hill up to the home is very steep. Required some exercise to be able to drive up smoothly. Overall, we are very satisfied even though we had some bad luck with the weather.

I have no words for how beautiful and amazing my stay at Neda's place was. She was so warm, responsive & genuinely caring! She provided us with detergent because we didn't have any. We felt right at home! The location is unbelievably peaceful and beautiful! Neda kept the apartment squeaking clean, the amenities were gorgeous! You'd be lucky if you get to experience this slice of heaven! Thank you Neda for your kindness!

Such a beautiful place, such a great, responsive and communicative host. Davor is a very warm and welcoming person who made an effort for our stay to be as smooth as possible. The place is surrounded with a beautiful garden and a pool. All the bushes and plants are so immaculately positioned that you can see that every inch is greatly taken care off and respected. The apt was pristine, spacious and light. When we arrived the room was already airconditioned. We loved every bit of it and also we got recommendations for the nearby restaurants, camp, the beach, bakery etc. There is parking for your car. You feel right at home, protected and respected. Bale is such a wonderful little town, I can`t wait to go back! I recommend this place to everyone and I would book it again.

The place was great, really steps away from the sea. Perfect pool right under the windows. Look for the sea from the terrace on the 2nd floor. Everything was clean, practical, comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The air conditioning worked well. I can really recommend staying with Mate and we will be happy to come back in the future.

Dario is a great host. He welcomed us in person and showed us around with quick instructions to the apartment. The fridge contained a welcoming package which was lovely and so unexpected. He also sent us a lot of information to guide us around the area and the region. Whenever we had a question he answered immediately and was always available. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation for your stay in the Split region. For us it was quite convenient that it was not directly in the city but a bit outside since we had our own car. The area where the house is located is not touristy but in close proximity to supermarkets and a shopping center. If you are looking for a comfortable apartment with all the extras and caring hosts you are right ar this place.

What a wonderful stay!! Katarina is such a nice person, the apartment is beautiful. Her husband made a reservation in a great restaurant for us. Allowed us late check out. Everything is stylish and modern. Perfect place overall.

Unfortunately, we only spent one night in the accommodation, the apartment was very nice and clean. The area is beautiful with great sunsets. The communication and check-in was very simple. We would come back!

Location and view was amazing! The unit was extremely clean and well equipped. The pool and hot tub sparkled it was so clean. It was our last stop on our month long vacation in Croatia. Wish we had more time at this spot. We will be back and definitely plan a longer stay. Highly recommend!

We arrived and found the key easily - as Filip gave clear instructions. After walking through a quant courtyard we entered some character doors, up some stairs and typed in the key code- the door automatically opened (great idea) Once in the apartment we couldn’t believe our luck, it was absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean, it was spacious and the furniture was a high quality. Our first day we stumbled upon ‘Dolac’ a local market (5 minutes away) it was a real gem, we bought fresh veg, fruit and 2 T bone steaks for only €9 (the whole lot!) We obviously returned later in the week and bought monkfish, local cheese and wine from vats, by the litre for €2. It was an absolutely fabulous stay, every need was met perfectly, we cannot recommend Filip’s apartment enough. Another great find was the coffee bar within the garden-we spent a couple of nights chatting with locals and having a cheeky beer. Thank you to Filip, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Andy and Sharon

Teo’s family were so welcoming from check in to check out. It’s a lovely family-owned establishment with everything you could want, everything was provided & we felt right at home. Definitely a rare find, book if it’s available! Meals (& breakfast) in the hotel were so affordable & delicious, made by Granny chef 😊. Eating here felt like home away from home. The waterfront is only a short walk from the hotel, with a few wineries a short drive away. Fairly easy for luggage transfers as there are minimal stairs as well. Don’t let the slightly longer drive deter you from experiencing this amazing place.

Marija, one. Person, very responsive, smiling. We didn't feel at all except with Marija. Very friendly. And makes you want to come back 👌👌 Private parking for people like us who come from afar with lots of business, it reassures a lot. Very nice stay thank you again. ☺️☺️

Spacious and comfortable house, with equipped kitchen, large bathroom with bidet and comfortable and spacious shower, perfect for families with children: the outdoor garden has some games and a wooden gazebo comfortable for aperitivo, dinner, breakfast...the environment is very quiet and cozy. Fast wifi line. Mirela was very kind and always available. We ( family with two small girls) had a very good time and we recommend it.

You won't find a better view in the area! I can say that this is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited! The balcony offers stunning views of the sea and the islands opposite. A special atmosphere is created by the Franciscan monastery opposite, which rings the bells. The place is very calm, close to the city, but very quiet. The water is impeccably clean. A couple who lives on the first floor were very friendly and helped us with all questions, it was very pleasant to communicate with them. The apartment was clean, with everything you need, comfortable bed, sea view from the bedroom. We took bicycles and rode around the island, it was wonderful, the same with the surfs. We cooked vegetables and meat in the barbecue in the yard. In the garden you could lie on a hammock. We liked everything and I would really like to return to this fabulous place again!

The apartment was spacious, bright and incredibly clean, with a very well stocked kitchen. We found cooking super easy due to the great pots and pans supplied. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk into the city centre and has great bus connections to local beaches. It’s also next to a lovely bakery which is open 24/7. Martina and Karman were incredibly friendly and responsive to messages. Check in was flexible and they let us check in 2 hours early. The only slight issue is that the apartment is next to a busy road and so the bedrooms can be a little noisy, but not to the point where it is a real problem. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

We were only passing through one night, the apartment is well equipped and spacious, we were nicely received. Also for 4 people very easy to use.
