Monthly Rentals in Cowles Mountain

I recently stayed at Andee’s Airbnb in San Diego, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless—one of the cleanest Airbnbs I've stayed in. Every corner of the home felt fresh and well-maintained, making it incredibly easy to relax and feel at home from the moment I arrived. Location-wise, Andee’s place was absolutely perfect. It’s situated in a prime spot, close to everything you’d need to fully enjoy San Diego. Whether you want to hit the beaches, explore downtown, or check out some of the fantastic local restaurants, everything is just a short drive away. There were also plenty of grocery stores and cafes nearby, which made it super convenient to grab essentials or enjoy a morning coffee. Andee was a great host, always available and quick to respond to any questions I had.

Place was great, also great communication

Arriving and opening the door we immediately felt like the guesthouse was curated by our oldest and dearest friend. Everything was meant to welcome from the fresh oranges, fresh eggs from the backyard gals (chickens), basket of thoughtful snacks, plenty of delicious bottled water for days, and seasonally tasteful decorations inside and out! Sarah and Patrick are beautifully kind and thoughtful humans who observe and protected our privacy all-the-while being available if we needed anything. I will quickly list some of the curated factors that put this stay over-the-top and out of range of any other Airbnb we have ever stayed at. 1. Sparkling clean 2. Fridge / freezer clean, zero old or used food \ condiments 3. Kitchen stocked with everything and all truly high quality 4. Kitchen stocked for the entire month with paper towels, dish soap, etc. 5. Bathroom curated and stocked and zero leftovers from other guests 6. Huge closet with real hangers 7. Peaceful day and night We were so happy

Diana’s place was clean, neat, private. with nice amenities at the best price in the area. The space is compact but had everything I needed for a weeklong stay. The location is convenient as it’s only a short drive away from North Park, Balboa Park, and downtown. Lots of street parking, too. Diana was very responsive to all my questions and I could tell she really cared about my comfort and well-being while staying here. She provided very detailed instructions as well so checking in and out was easy. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay without breaking the bank, I would highly recommend you to book this place!
