It is attached to the main house with separate entrance, own bathroom and a small patio area. It is safe to leave your bikes behind the locked gates. Free street parking. A/C. The house comes with 3 bedrooms (4 beds) and 2 bath sleeping up to 6. The views of the lake from within the house are breathe taking.

On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .
