Great Place to stay right in the middle of town, close to shops and places to eat and easy walk across to park and pier. Very nice place to stay and quiet, well set out and plenty of room. Can recommend Harbour View as a great place to stay.

Honestly couldn’t fault our stay. Janette was very helpful with any questions we had and the location was perfect. Accommodation was clean and tidy and very spacious for two. Beach is literally across the road and morning coffee a 5 min walk, with a variety of restaurants and cafes a couple of mins by car. We were attending our sons graduation at Cerberus and found this to be a perfect location to attend the ceremony (25 min drive) and also enjoy the best of the Mornington Peninsula

We had a great time at Carmela’s place! It was very clean, easy to access and was in a very convenient location. We would stay here again!

Pictures don't do Janette's place justice - Everything was immaculate and we really loved staying here! A lot of little touches throughout the home like the bed heater made the whole place very comfy and it was greatly appreciated. Janette was responsive and very helpful as well.

We loved the interior of the unit, outside needs improving. Sofia was very nice helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Access to beach could not be better.

This place is an incredible location close to the beach and Main Street (all within a 5 minute or less walking distance). There is secure parking on the premises which is welcomed - especially during the busier summer months and having to street park due to the proximity of the beach. There are enough amenities available for big groups and families to stay for multiple days and the layout allowed those who slept early / arose early to be able to do so with the bedrooms mainly downstairs and the entertainment area upstairs. There is also a large deck with a bbq available.

Our little family had a wonderful time staying at Steve and Renee’s beach house. The house is located close to the beach so much so that we walked down each other day. The kids loved the large outdoor space in particular the swing set. We would highly recommend staying!

The space was spotless, comfortable, and well-furnished, with stunning views from the balcony. Communication with the host was seamless, and every effort was made to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommended, and we hope to return in the future!

We had a wonderful week at Ventnor. Jillian's home has the most incredible views and the house was one of the best appointed for all our needs - the welcome basket of snacks and biscuits most appreciated. You will have a great beachfront time away here !

The house was absolutely beautiful. We had 4 families (8 adults 7 children) for 3 nights and it accommodated us all very comfortably. It felt spacious and had all the amenities we needed. With the large number of guests under one roof there was enough living spaces to sit and relax for all of us. Plenty of parking, a stones throw from the surf beach, the view from the living room is priceless. Location and access to the surf beach is so handy. Josh is super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it. Thanks Josh for hosting us and being so patient with us throughout our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Ventnor home. It’s everything I dreamed of – waking up to the sea view, surrounded by open green fields, and just a short walk down the cliff to a quiet, clean beach. Perfect for both kids and parents to enjoy together. The house feels like a dream – spacious, cosy, and fully equipped with comfy rooms, a great kitchen, and a BBQ setup. Mike is a fantastic host – responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway for the family, this is the one!
