Located at 22 Silverleaves Avenue, Silverleaves Cowes, follow road onto the Silverleaves General Store Silverleaves Beach house is a lovely family friendly house located across the road from a north facing beach. "Small" pets allowed, not big dogs. The yard is not fenced . Bunks there but no guard rail, please don not allow a young child to sleep there. It is the 11 th house around the curve in the road, at the first speed hump, on your right.

Thanks Fi for a fabulous stay! Your place had something special for everyone and was truly a well equipped ‘home away from home’. Our only regret is that we didn’t book longer! Hopefully we are lucky enough to return again one day for longer 😊 Thanks also for being an amazing host and for promptly answering all the questions I had too. You were such a pleasure to deal with. We had a wonderful time! It was the perfect home for our pre Christmas family break. Walking distance to the beach, great cafe and kiosk within walking distance as well. The house had everything you could possibly need including all the kitchen utensils, boardgames, pool table, tv’s, Wii and PlayStation for kids. The team were really responsive and helpful, hopefully we’ll be able to stay again soon! Love Point Leo

After a small hiccup checking in, Richard and the team were super quick to respond to us, and super helpful. The house was lovely and clean, with comfortable beds. Great location with easy beach access at the end of the court, with a great spot for swimming. Cowes only a short drive away. I wold be happy to book with Richard again!

Really lovely little place, spacious and comfortable for the modest size. Short walk to Red Rock beach with many wallabies in the reserve. Kim was an excellent host and gave us great recommendations for food and attractions for our stay. Would definitely come back.

This was a perfect getaway for our family Easter. The man cave was great for our family to hangout together. It is next level! Walks to Coronet Bay, Settlement Point, The Boat Ramp and for coffee to Fig and Bay are right at the end of the street. This property is really secure for pets and caters for anything your dog could need. Thanks

We stayed at Joanne’s place previously and loved our stay so much we couldn’t wait to come back, so we did! Our stay the second time around was just as blissful. Joanne’s home is beautiful, roomy, clean and with all the amenities you could need to be comfortable and enjoy your holiday. Joanne is always communicative and responsive. The location really is super special and the perfect spot for adventures and is amongst nature, but also only a short drive to dining and shops. Our kids have loved each stay and we’re looking forward to coming back hopefully in the near future. Thanks again Joanne.

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.
