Tranquil and beautiful rural surroundings, part of a lovely country cottage home, all you need, whether you are relaxing, using as a base for work nearby, or vase for visting the area it meets all your needs.

Accommodation without great pretensions, but I had a pretty clear idea of ​​where I would stay, so no surprises. To improve the cleanliness, dust and cobwebs... it is not a problem for me but it may be for others. Clean and comfortable beds, clean and soft towels with a certain smell of fried food... Fantastic bar and restaurant, good and abundant food. Large terrace and parking, it is in the center of the town, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. I stayed during Tanks Trucks and Firepower, so I only needed a place to sleep, having that clear I would not mind repeating if necessary.

We had a lovely week away at the Hayloft and were blessed with beautiful weather too. The property is spotlessly clean, comfortable and homely with wonderful views over the countryside. We enjoyed days trips to Witley Court and Coombe Abbey, as well as discovering many of the farm shops in the area. Charlene was an amazing host. Always quick to respond and provided us with many recommendations for the local area. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlene's property and hope to go back again in the future ourselves.

Our stay was great! All is as shown on photos and description. Lovely and cosy room, warm and comfortable. 10,15 min walking to the downtown. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Airbnb which was perfect for our stay while exhibiting at the NEC.. Clean, comfortable and really well dressed. Zoe was the perfect host, very friendly, understanding and approachable.

David, has been really helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend to anyone. So much so that we have booked another extended stay in January. Thank you David

Had a lovely stay at Linda’s place. Was very spacious and comfortable and had everything you could need, including breakfast foods. Would highly recommend.

I stayed here for 2 days. the location was perfect for Stratford. Adam communicated really well, I had no problems with contacting the host. There were some lovely touches, such as snacks and some coke in the fridge. Very welcome after a 3 hour drive. There’s a lot of shops locally so easy to get some supplies in. Check in was very easy. There was a lock box to access the key. I wasn’t disturbed at all. I did have problems with connecting with the WiFi but it did me a favour to be out of reach for a couple of days. The bed was very comfortable and overall very clean and tidy. I did think the property was detached however it’s adjoining the main house and felt I had to be extra quiet to avoid disturbing the family. Overall, a pleasant stay. Thank you Adam

We had an amazing time staying at the Tudor cottage, the property was wonderful and well maintained. Simon was a lovely host and super helpful with the tips about the area. Highly recommend for people to come stay here and we hope to visit again soon!

We had a great stay here ☺️ close to the train station which meant we could get around Birmingham very easily! The airbnb too was beautiful, with the log burner making it super cosy! Vapinder was a great host, & popped the fire / heaters on before we arrived which was really appreciated as we didn’t check in till late & imagine it might’ve been a bit chilly. Would absolutely stay here again ☺️

This place is definitely worth going for a getaway. The guest house is at the end of the large garden and it feels very separated and undisturbed. It was easy to get in and out of the house and it really had everything we needed in it. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Fantastic hosts and a very well equiped cottage that suited both us and our young children. Sarah communicated extremely well to meet our needs and how to obtain the key and directions. The village is well equiped with a childrens play area, village store and pub. The cottage is very clean and easy to get to. We could not fault it! Supply of tea, coffee and locally made honey was a lovely touch. Thank you for being amazing hosts and providing us with a fantastic stay.

Myself and three others stayed at Andy and Nicolas's lovely property for 2 nights for my birthday. Prior to staying, I asked for a few recommendations for restaurants and walks to help plan our trip. Andy was very helpful giving recommendations and links to the restaurants. On arrival, Andy was there to greet us and showed us around the property and how to use the hot tub. The property was stunning, pristine and well stocked with everything you needed. Including some basics like bread and milk, and towels, slippers and robes for the hot tub. We also had a few personal touches like a lovely hand written card, homemade cupcakes and a bottle of prosecco which was much appreciated. The property was very private. The garden area was full of wildlife which was nice to see from the windows. Also, lots to do in in the with a wide variety of games and access to netflix. I can't recommend this airbnb enough - thank you Andy and Nicola for making our stay so special!

The place was great, cosy and modern. Kept to a really clean standard with all amenities one could need. Kerry was very good with communication and always helpful. Definitely would recommend!

We visited the UK from NZ during the winter. We had a nightmare journey getting to the UK - missed connecting flights and delayed luggage. Kevin reached out to us to check on our progress before we even arrived and checked in. The place we stayed at caters for two adults and two small children. We had a 'welcome package' on arrival and Kevin occasionally messaged us to see how we were going and provide recommendations. That being said we had privacy and peace staying in his family's beautiful gardens. Thanks Kevin for our magical stay and turning on the snow :)

just wow really. you wouldn't realise you are in an outbuilding . it was a massive modern space with everything you could need and more. lovely personal touches and we met the owner who who was very friendly and helpful. only there for one night but would have happily stayed longer.

Great studio apartment to explore the north Cotswolds from. Stunning setting, comfy bed, great shower.
