just returned from 4 nights stay. A proper home away from home! Everything you could need is there. Excellent position just outside the town centre so only couple minutes drive. Great to have the co-op shop just across the way did us fine and saved trip to larger out of town stores. Amanda was a excellent host, one of the most responsive we have dealt with. She was really accommodating to our changes and always at the end of the phone, so thank you Amanda. So all in all an excellent time in excellent accomodation, hopefully we will be back!!!

Booked a 1 night stay, this was for a group of 4. The apartment was lovely, nice sized bedrooms & it was a bonus to have 2 bathrooms! Everything was easy to operate (heating/cooking/lights/showers). We all said we’d stay there again if visiting Birmingham. The communication from the host was really easy to follow & clear. We picked up and handed back the keys with no issues and found parking at a recommended car park.

We were visiting for my daughter's University Open Day. The apartment was in a perfect location with lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and we slept very comfortably. We did find the entrance instructions a bit tricky (I had also printed them off) but Ana was on hand to assist us via text. We did actually say we should have booked an extra night to explore further the city and nearby locations. If my daughter comes to this University we would definitely book the accomodation again.

Julie was super helpful, sending across lots of information about the property and how to access. We were personally greeted in check in, and were delighted with the personal touches added (welcome snacks, fully equipped kitchen, umbrellas, bathroom utilities!). It really was a home away from home, super clean and comfortable, and we would love to stay again!!!

Great last minute stay. Had been checked into a horrible hotel for work, and I found Keith’s place was available, Very responsive and helpful with food options nearby, Lovely quiet road and all facilities were as per photos, Comfy bed, many thanks!

We had an amazing stay at Kevin and Teresa's. Before the snowboarding lesson at SnowDome for the little one. We really like the character of the place with the exposed beams. Archie really enjoyed seen the horses and chickens. Spotlessly clean and everything what you need for your stay. Thank you for having us and we do recommend the place!

We spent the night at Susies during a weekend of golf in Stratford Upon Avon and it was the perfect place for a bit of peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. If you get a chance to stay at Susies I recommend an evening at the Fuzzy Duck, great place for dinner and drinks.

We loved staying at Elise’s place, we were super comfortable and absolutely loved the vibrant area with loads of great cafes and restaurants right around the corner. There was a bit of kurfuffle with the sliding door, but we managed to sort it out and Elise responded right away and dealt with it very professionally. I’d definitely stay again!

Really happy with the room, communication and price.

We just come back from a Christmas getaway and it was amazing. The area itself was stunning with loads to do, the house was lovely, very private and quiet which was what we wanted. A perfect place to book for a couple.

Booked Bobby's place for two of our site operatives working in the area, lovely place, great communication with Bobby, wouldn't hesitate to book again when in the area.

Great stay in a very spacious apartment, in a peaceful building /street. Plenty of parking right outside (with permit arranged via host). Kitchen stocked with all kinds of needs- from fresh milk, to cleaning products. Host unobtrusive but responsive to the few questions asked.

Great stay - good host and reasonably priced

Thank you Phil for our stay in Lichfield. Clean comfortable and convenient. We were meeting up with friends and the location was ideal. Shame we only stayed one night! Will not hesitate to return if available for our next visit.

Wonderful, peaceful stay in the little cottage/house perfectly sized for 2 people. Sally was an excellant host who was accommodating and flexible with check in/out times. The cottage was clean, tidy and well equiped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay in beautiful Stratford Upon Avon. Easy walking distant to the town where we found excellant resturants, Sabia Sabia is lovely Thai food, and great, friendly pubs. Had a lovely walk around the town and Shakespear Theatre. Thank you Sally, we would love to come back and highly reccommend. 🙂
