Monthly Rentals in Cotes

After a cool summer in the UK, the warmth and sunshine and being able to eat outside even in the evening were so welcome. The patio area had a slatted roof which provided dappled shade. The pool was of a good area and depth. The beaches of Cullera are 45 minutes away and (in September) there is plenty of parking space which is free! The air-conditioning in the bedroom, which is essential, could do with some attention as it drips water but I feel sure this will be fixed before the next visitors arrive. Kiera the dog was great company. She was friendly and well behaved and a surrogate Holly (our cat) for us. We really enjoyed our week at l'Hort d'Alfredo.

perfect place to disconnect with the family or couple. the chalet in perfect condition , all the air-conditioned rooms, good terrain to take you to the dog, and the lovely hosts. we will be back if we can in summer to enjoy the pool. 10 of 10

Rakel and Edu were great hosts. The place is the second floor of a multi floor building, but they made it completely independent and well isolated. The place is quite cozy and has all the amenities and utensils for a short stay.
