The house really is according to the advertised, big house, well decorated, was clean and organized. Good location, close to the beach and the commerce. We had a good stay. Flávio was very helpful, responded quickly to messages and Raquel is a sweetheart, gave us tips on what to do in the region and also helped us when we needed it.

We noticed that Ana Paula has extensive experience with lodging, flexible person, knows how to receive, know how to be proactive, kind and above all very dear. We promptly answered all our doubts. As for the house, it is huge, very comfortable, pleasant and ventilated.

Very good accommodation, a condominium of houses within a gated community. Perfect for two couples with children, close to the beach with direct access to it inside the condominium itself. Space for 1 car but you can stop another car on the street with no exit from the condo, very safe place. Lush nature, we plan to come back one day. Ivete's service very good, and the housekeeper also very friendly. Congratulations!!! Thank you!!!

We hosted from Monday to Friday and felt at home. The Ana that received us was very helpful and willing , giving all the necessary instructions. It has a complete kitchen with all utensils and a little more. King Bed is very good and the air conditioner works very well. It has two full bathrooms. The outdoors area super well taken care of and as we went with 2 pets they took a great advantage of the lawn. The pool is a great size. Mercado went to Semar some kms from the house, but not too far away. The center is also nearby and beaches like Félix and Prumirim about 30 min drive away. No doubt we will return on more occasions. Congratulations on the accommodation!!!

I celebrated my and my sister's birthday with family and friends and it was just spectacular. There is no other word to describe the paradise we stay in. Ana gave all the tips we needed helped us with the boat and explained all the details in the house. We had an amazing fds with privacy! Thank you, we will definitely be back

It is not the first time that I stay at the Rui house...When we want tranquility we always choose to rent house Recanto San Antônio, because the green mountain is our refuge. To go with children, the elderly and the pets. Very good, clean, organized house, service from Keila or Rui very good. I hope to come back more often. E super recommend.

The house is very good, great location facing the sea !!! Amazing view, really pretty, the house was clean, has kitchen utensils, three suites, the maintenance of the house is up to date. The checkout was flexible, we were able to leave a few hours later. Point of improvement, the house has no air conditioning and was missed. Next time I'll bring a few more fans. We'll come back more often

Great place, safe and perfect to rest

Firstly, it should be said that Ilidia is so kind! She is very easy to talk to gives you time to yourself and also to socialize if you like. She is very welcoming in her home and even helped to show around the town ! She is really amazing as is her cohost who is also very kind! The apartment itself is very airy, clean and quiet. It was a really awesome place to go for a few days. And it is really close to some amazing beaches! Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon to visit! Thank you so much for everything !

The house is very good, super clean, good furniture, comfortable, well-tended pool, the host super good people and helped us to dammit, super close market that saved too much. In a general everything was very good! Rugaria again!!

The stay was very good! The condominium where the studios are located is beautiful, full of flowers and always with a clean pool, and around it has plenty of facilities: pizzeria and marmitex nearby, winery, bakery, and one of the best beaches: corral. We just need to pay attention to the height, my husband is 1.94 and suffered a little with the height of the rs beams but it was described, we who did not see. When you return, we will opt for the larger apartment

We had an amazing time at the Trikona house. Very secluded and peaceful, a true paradise! My only note for the host would be to install better lighting for the road and road signs to let drivers know which turns you’d need to maneuver, because there’s one or two turns that you won’t be able to turn without backing up. Paraty history center is very vibrant at night and all stores closed at 10pm so you definitely want to enjoy the night time there so be mindful of the road in the aldeia at night since there’s not a lot of lighting to help you go back to your house if you choose Trikona house. Overall a great place close to everything and yet super private. I would definitely stay there again but will likely book a house that is closer to the main road, just because it’s hard to find any car rentals with 4X4 cars in Rio.

Everything was quiet with the stay, the access is a little difficult, but nothing that interferes with the experience, a very quiet place and with privacy.

The stay was great, I ordered the breakfast they indicate, the arrival instructions are great, it's a little far from the city itself so I recommend taking things to do at the chalet, books, bring food to the kitchen, games, enjoy the chalet a lot because it's worth it, view and comfort note 10, we ordered food at a local restaurant and they take to the fondue panels so I thought it was amazing. The installation is great, great weather the road is a little difficult but we were 4x4 so it was easier to access. note 10 of 10 ! I recommend it!

A super cozy house, clean, tasty and full of utensils available!!! The pool is delicious, the children loved after a day of sunshine on the beach. And Neia is very helpful, there was nothing missing!

We like the house very much, it is very functional and very well organized. We found everything you need to spend the days. Kitchen complete, rooms with fans (the owner warned that they were broken), but the conditioned airs were working very well. The bathrooms with great showers, a living room with TV and internet working well. Fantastic barbecue grill. Condominium with game room and an amazing pool!!! We love this part... rs We know the beach of Boiçucanga, but we really like Praia da Baleia, which is right after Comburi, not far from where we were staying. I evaluate very well our days at Teresa's house that attended us promptly and was very flexible as to the times of entry and exit of the same. Would recommend and will come back for sure!!! Thanks.

I was, comfortably with my family, It has practically all the necessary utensils of a house , very close to the beach , the very large house, there is the jacuzzi that was a differential, because we took a few days with rain we had fun in it, in general we had a wonderful stay, there is Cida that received us a lot, attentive gave us support in what we needed and had doubts, a love . Second time we stayed at the house and as always, we love!! Super cozy house, comfortable rooms, well structured, with a kitchen full of utensils, we don't need to take anything. We were in 6 people, 2 children and 2 babies. Vera was super attentive with us and flexible with the schedules. Very grateful for the reception and hospitality, if we have another chance, we will be back for sure!
