The local supermarkets and pizzeria make free delivery and the beach is only a 7-minute walk away, accessible by the dunes. The place is really beautiful, just 15 minutes drive to Kite Lagoon. Arguably the best value in the area!

The house really is according to the advertised, big house, well decorated, was clean and organized. Good location, close to the beach and the commerce. We had a good stay. Flávio was very helpful, responded quickly to messages and Raquel is a sweetheart, gave us tips on what to do in the region and also helped us when we needed it.

We noticed that Ana Paula has extensive experience with lodging, flexible person, knows how to receive, know how to be proactive, kind and above all very dear. We promptly answered all our doubts. As for the house, it is huge, very comfortable, pleasant and ventilated.

It was an excellent choice. The house exactly matches the listing description and the location is excellent. We had some minor maintenance issues, but José responded very quickly and everything was resolved the next day. I recommend and would definitely come back.

The house is complete, equipped with everything we needed, from kitchenware to comfortable spaces for rest. Every detail was designed to provide comfort and well-being. The chalet is inside a very well located condominium. The area is quiet and safe. It has parque, pileta y lugar para parking el auto adentro. The condominium managers are always willing to help and are very friendly. The chalet is very well equipped and exactly as shown in the pictures. We were very comfortable during our stay and Aluízio was super friendly and was attentive to our questions and needs. He always responded quickly and gave us the help we needed. We would stay at this chalet again if we have the opportunity to return to Buzios.

As in the description of the listing, even though it is a shared space (3cabanas) , the common areas are distributed to each house, being very private with a service area. The place is surrounded by nature we receive visits from pleasant animals every day. Next to the beach which is quite private without much movement making the environment very familiar.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights, the place is very beautiful and calm, Igor especially helped us when it was needed and responded quickly, very attentive and friendly. An excellent location for those who will visit the nearby temples, as it is only a 10 minute drive away. Great place, I recommend it.

our wonderful house, well located with easy access to the beach. we feel safe and comfortable. the beds are great, the air conditioning has helped a lot in the heat and the house is all screened.. the TVM kitchen is well equipped. we love it! Thank you!

Ivana's house is located in a condominium, in front of the main pool and on the ground floor which makes it very comfortable and having a patio with armchairs. Super full kitchen everything you need is available. Also added to that is the very useful laundry where everything about cleaning is located there. Also available a conservator to take to the beach and an ice machine is located in the bar for use. The beach is 1 block away and the shopping center going out the main door of the condominium is about 10/12 blocks away depending where they want to go. There you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, etc. Around the condomino there are restaurants and inns that have their restaurant open to all public. A great place for families with children. Very safe. Thank you and we'll be back.

We spent two days at the house, with our children. The house is spacious, well decorated, with a large balcony and an amazing sea view. The boys took advantage of the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is inside a gated condominium, very quiet, perfect for those who need to rest and forget about the running routine. I recommend it!
