Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Costa Grande of Guerrero

The place is totally great; we needed two separate bedrooms for our stay (two fellers who both snore) and Javier's house was one of the very few options that fit the bill. The location is about a 15 minute walk from the beach up one of the side roads that has lots of construction happening on it. Sometimes there's a lot of trucks coming and going, and construction noise but always during the day so not very disruptive at night. Compared to other rentals in Mexico, the kitchen is well kitted out including a full size fridge with freezer so you can make your own ice (mission critical for me). Javier is an excellent host; very responsive and helpful. He not only facilitated a few rounds of laundry but we hired his taxi to run into the pueblo for food and supplies whenever we wanted. All in all, one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in. Highly recommended.

Oscar's apartment is much better than what the pictures show. Oscar is a super host, he was in touch at all times concerned about our stay. We are all very happy, if you want a super service, for an additional cost, you have a super cook and another person who helps with the daily cleaning that is well worth it. I definitely recommend this property. We hope to come back soon!

An excellent place to rest. Astrid is always attentive to everything. She welcomes you with a fruit basket, which is greatly appreciated, and a welcome paper. My family and I loved it. An excellent place and an excellent host. I would definitely come back

Rincon del Mar y Rincón de las Morenas was the perfect place to take the women's retreat that my team and I had planned. The house, the rooms, the amenities, the sea, the food and the service was simply all in degree of absolute excellence. Everything was at a level we didn't even imagine. Our return is final!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The outdoor space is wonderful with terrific views, and the condo is beautifully decorated. The bed in the master bedroom is very, very comfortable. We love the location of the condo, in a quiet part of town and yet within walking distance to transportation, restaurants, and the beautiful beach. Pedro was immediately responsive to questions and concerns. We are looking forward to returning!

Pedro is a great host, we booked fast and he had everything ready in less than 30 minutes. Communication was excellent and recommendations were unbeatable. The location is the best in ixtapa, in a very quiet and family-friendly enclave.

The condo & the Amara are great! Beautiful grounds & pools on a great beach! The condo has great space - 4 bedrms & 4 baths & a full balcony. It’s right across the street from many shops & restaurants. There are 2 banks in the area too. The Merza grocery store is 2 blocks away and has most of the items you will need! Edgar is very responsive & he always answered any questions or concerns within minutes. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped. We had “Ellie” make us a PHENOMENAL meal! Several main dishes and sides. We were thrilled with the stay-at-home-for-dinner experience. A couple things to note: - there is a bottled water cooler & dispenser in the condo; you can purchase huge jugs for it for $3.00 (American) in the office - the office is located in the S1 level of Tower A. Bracelets & your snack bar deposit can be handled there
