We chose this place for close proximity to the surf spot and a kitchen. It was perfect. We rented a car see if we eant to explore other surf breaks but we ended up surfing right in front mostly. We did a big grocery shoping on way in near the airport and it was very helpful. There are small ones nearby but not as well stocked as the big one. Make sure get some essentials like olive oil, coffee, condiments, hot sauce, shampoo, soaps... And a bug spray! I was covered with itchy bites all over but you cant see the bugs.

Mark’s condo is modern and had all the amenities needed for our 1 week stay. Comfy bed, nice pool, and fast elevators.

Our family of 7 had great time at Oscar’s place. There was enough room for everyone. The location is great and very safe. The villa was as described.

Celia was a wonderful host as well! She gathered the guests a few nights during my stay for happy hour! She made everyone feel right at home and encouraged us to meet one another! Fantastic!

An amazing place Debbie was very responsive and was on the lookout the whole time. we matched some Sacramento couples who were wonderful. the pool is amazing, the beds are very comfortable. everything was communal description. the fair price for everything I offered. it's worth it, it will be a favorite mini-plug from here on.

Our stay at this house was excellent. We spent 4 days and 3 nights in a cozy space, well cared for and with all the necessary amenities to feel at home. From the first moment, the host welcomed us with kindness and attention, making sure we had a pleasant experience. The location is ideal, close to the beaches and the environment is perfect for rest and enjoyment. We would definitely recommend this place and return in the future. Excellent option, spacious place and with all the amenities it offers, quiet and very pleasant, Salvador was on the lookout and the check-in and check-out process was very comfortable. Quite recommendable.

Great hosts and an incredible condo, location and views. Unit is spacious and well done. Balcony is quite large with beautiful views of the pool and beach. Condo staff is great. A great place to stay when exploring Ixtapa and Zihua!!! We will be back!

Eric & Alejandra were great hosts. We loved the location, easy walk to beach, market and numerous great restaurants in Centro. Taxi stand right across the street from complex. Nice complex with two pools. Unit is fantastic, AC in bedroom, nice living room, kitchen, dining area as well as 3 private outdoor spaces. Great internet. Highly recommend it, we will be back!!

We loved the place. Totally worth it. The only downside we had was finding the place and it doesn't contract the person who gave us the key. Outside the beautiful place! Worth it, we definitely came back.

The apartment is impeccable, beautiful, it looks new and everything works, absolute tranquility the clean, warm pool, all super friendly, attentive and I highly recommend it and clearly that we will return, it is wonderful the place to spend an incredible vacation, the most friendly host of all and I thank her very much!!

Amazing area with easy access to town. Beach is just a short walk away. the pool is amazing which has a snack bar. We really enjoyed our stay here. would recommend.

This was our fifth visit to the Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo area. We have never stayed in the Marina but this was a pleasant surprise. The view of the bay is spectacular - best we have had. The unit is well equipped with gas stove top and all of the cooking utensils you need. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well. Howard is a good host. He answered all of my questions and the property manager met us promptly at the property. The only negative for some folks is that it is a 15 min walk to the main Ixtapa restaurant district. We enjoyed the walk and there are a few closer restaurants in the marina. The benefit is that this resort is much quieter than some of the resorts we stayed at that were closer. Overall highly recommended!

Very good accommodation. A very quiet area. And with a very nice view at the golf club my family really enjoy the pool. Of course we'll be back. The next vacation.

The condo is very nice and in a beautiful complex with a large pool area overlooking the beach. There is a mall area that is a 1.5km walk or use the mini-bus for 12 pesos (the same bus will take you to Zihua for 24 pesos). The bus will stop right outside the condo gate. The mall has many good restaurants, shops and a small supermarket (Merza) for groceries. Ixtapa is much quieter than many Mexican resort towns (no noisy late night clubs) and we enjoyed that. Central Zihua on the bay is about 30 minutes away on the mini-bus (a short walk from the bus stop in Zihua) and there are many good restaurants along pedestrian only streets and beautiful scenery there.
