Apartment with “house face” and not an apartment hotel. Large, excellent balcony, large and comfortable sofa and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. In addition, the host offers details, which for me make all the difference: liquid soap in the bathroom, new sponge in the kitchen, chromecast on TV. The garage is easy to park and the tip is to stop aft so as not to disturb the neighboring space.

We had a great weekend as a family, we had guests, and everything worked great. Maria and her husband were thoughtful, easy to communicate. The environment clean, organized and very nice! I recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet stay with good hosts!!!

A great place for those looking to rest, silence and peace. An Amazing Pool, Perfect Soccer Field, Pool Lined Pool Table, Deck Cards and One. Gourmet area with amazing barbecue, Smartv with streaming apps to listen to with excellent sound. Perfect for enjoying with family mainly with children. Note 10 !

Ivania is a great host very welcoming and helpful she is very friendly and has a very cooperative attitude and the rooms are carefully decorated and very comfortable. Everything is well cleaned clean and fragrant atmosphere it was super quiet location is very good center just a few minutes away and will definitely come back and I highly recommend the stay

I stayed in the studio for 1 day and it fully matched the photos and descriptions in the listing. It is clear that it was carefully decorated to bring a cozy and tranquil atmosphere. The air-conditioning and all the utensils used worked perfectly, providing comfort. And Ana was always available to clarify and answer any questions about the accommodation, in addition to suggesting nearby locations.

The house is comfortable for 6 people, but accommodates up to 10. There are 2 comfortable rooms, in a house separate from the leisure area, which gives some privacy. The space is not big as a place, but it is cozy! It was great to have friends gathered by the pool during a barbecue! Standout for Paulo and his wife, who greeted me with great affection, showed everything with all the details and were super receptive and attentive!

Second time I go to Granja da Tânia and, like the first time, it was great! Exactly as in the pictures: clean and spacious. The neighborhood is excellent and very safe. The pool is perfect! Tania resolves any setbacks on the spot! Sure, there will be a third time. I just can't guarantee that I won't kidnap the doguinhos next. rs I highly recommend it!
