Monthly Rentals in Cooks Point

Condo was extremely clean and well laid out. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Our hosts Gregory and Rachel were fantastic.

If you're looking for a peaceful, out of the way place, this is the place to be...nothing but cows and a couple of horses on the ranch. While it is on a gravel road off of the main road, it is still close to lots of things to do. Caldwell is a short drive in one direction, and Bryan and College Station are not far in the other direction. We were shocked that we ended up being there the week that TX experienced bitter cold temps and blustery winds, but a nice little "woodstove" looking electric heater in the living area, along with the central heat, kept the cabin cozy and warm.

The cabin was Awesome! The space is cute. The wrap around porch set back in the woods and the view of the lake was beautiful. The host provided breakfast and brought clean fresh towels. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful and cozy place! Took a trip with my sister and nieces for a soccer game and we needed a break from all the noise and chaos, Leah's place was perfect! 🙂 Very clean and private.
