Monthly Rentals in Cooks Point

I stayed in the appartment for 11 weeks during my research stay at Texas A&M. The place fehlt like a second home - super cozy, well-equipped kitchen and Jenny was super fast in replying to any questions I had! Area is beautiful and close to the University(used the bicycle to get there everyday). Also Bryan with great restaurants is close. Aldi is a 5 minutes walk and Wallmart the same by car - easy to get your groceries done. Defenitely recommend staying here if in College Station for a shorter or longer period of time. Thank you for these great months! Defenitely will stay again if in college Station one day!

I had a wonderful time at the studio- thank you! Randall is an attentive host that always made sure that everything is in order and that I feel comfortable. The studio was VERY well equipped and very homey. If I would have missed anything (which was very unlikely), I knew that Randall was easily approachable to just ask for it. I can highly recommend a stay here!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The space is incredibly spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for both relaxing and getting work done. The location is unbeatable - just a short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and campus, which made my daily commute so convenient. The host was fantastic - she was super friendly and always quick to respond to any questions. Her helpful and welcoming communication really made our stay stress-free. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay near campus!

If you're looking for a peaceful, out of the way place, this is the place to be...nothing but cows and a couple of horses on the ranch. While it is on a gravel road off of the main road, it is still close to lots of things to do. Caldwell is a short drive in one direction, and Bryan and College Station are not far in the other direction. We were shocked that we ended up being there the week that TX experienced bitter cold temps and blustery winds, but a nice little "woodstove" looking electric heater in the living area, along with the central heat, kept the cabin cozy and warm.
