The apto is a cute one, has everything we need (microwave, stove, water filter, washing machine, kitchen utensils, towels, iron, etc.). The neighborhood is great and has everything close by (pharmacies, supermarket, snack bars, restaurants and more). The hostess is very attentive and kind. Great stay.

We were staying in Belo Horizonte and had a great experience. The location was great, the service impeccable and the accommodations very comfortable. One point that can be improved is the presence of some mosquitoes in the bathroom, but nothing that has compromised our stay. Overall we were very pleased and would certainly return.

Juliane is a real host ! Simpathic, polite and with very good will. The apartment is small and simple but cozy and very neat. The location is great for those who need to be close to the neighborhoods of Ribeirão das Neves and sell new. I loved and will return whenever it is necessary !

Even with rainy weather, we were able to take advantage of the region. The house provides space for dinner and chat with the group. We were in 9 people and two cars. Bakery, nearby market and Maria always available.

My family had a wonderful weekend in this cozy house located in a gated community, extremely safe and in the midst of nature. The house is fully equipped and has differentiated amenities: a jacuzzi in the suite overlooking the forest, an artificial beach with a lake full of fish, and a mulberry tree that has been successful among adults and children. The hostess was extremely attentive with us, responding promptly to all our questions. We will certainly return.

Very well equiped, comfortable, cozy house. very clean. exceeded our expectations. We were 6 days, family with couple and two children (9 and 11 years old). The location favors the transport of various forms, bus, metro or uber. For food, restaurant, bakery or market it is necessary to travel by car or order by app. The nearby Shopping Mall has good affordable meal options. Super considerate hosts.

Júlio was a great person. Always very proactive. Photos of the house were as advertised. The village managed to accommodate my whole family very well (10). The only suggestion I would make was to have another larger bathroom with shower and toilet. Other than that, it would come back several other times. As I rented thinking about my graduation festivities at Expominas, the location was excellent. House is very cozy.

It was a great stay Clean environment, good accommodations. Neighborhood near Pampulha, Avenida Fleming, super market, bakery and farmacia. We were very well served by Márcia and Mrs. Cleide. Very polite and hospitable. Quiet neighborhood, you can take your pet for a walk without problems. When I get back to BH, if the house is available, I'll definitely stay there.

The house was a find, as we wanted a space to spend time with the family and eventually receive family members during our visit to Brazil. The house is large and allows you to enjoy all the convenience as if we were at home, unlike a hotel where we are just guests. He was very attentive and careful at all times during our stay. Fátima's apartment is simply perfect. Every detail was chosen with extreme good taste, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The large and spacious kitchen is ideal for those who like to cook and the living room is perfect for resting. The outdoor area is a real invitation to relax and enjoy. The building is a charm apart, with attentive gatekeepers and a super practical garage. A truly special experience in every way!

My stay was very quiet, Linda answered all my questions because I needed to stay with my son in the postoperative period of a total hip surgery that he did at the Vila da Serra hospital. He needed to use a raised lid on the toilet. I recommend Linda's apartment 100%! I almost gave up because there is no air conditioner but when I arrived I found that I did not need it because even in the summer the temperature is mild and it winds up a lot which makes the use of air conditioning unnecessary. I liked the accommodations so much that I was twice as long as expected. I felt at home.

We stayed at Beth's house, my 7-month-old baby, my husband and I for 10 days. We felt at home! Beth was super solicit, responsive and dear. We indicated a place to rent crib and food chair, received the items and when we arrived it was all ready. Her apartment is very well located, has a super delicious outdoor area, and although it has rained every day, we were able to enjoy it. The eh super-equipped kitchen, an area with washing machine, which for many days was essential, a diarista already known from her was also in the apartment to help us with the cleaning, which was great!
