Holiday rentals with a patio in Coningsby

Beautiful chalet, beautifully decorated and spacious. There was a lot of things provided such as toilet roll, teabags, dvds. My son is a full time wheelchair user and found it easy to manouver the living space. The outside seating area is lovely. The chalet site was super quiet, any other holiday makers and locals were very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Had an absolutely amazing stay! It was my family and I's first time at an Air BnB and it really exceeded all expectations. The place was spotless and had all the information you needed posted inside. The hosts had thought of everything with the amenities and we were so grateful for the suprise of the breakfast items, milk and butter. We will definitely be coming back in the future - it was like a home from home ☺️

The chalet was just like in the pictures: super cosy, intimate and peaceful. Our dogs loved the beach, and Marilyn made sure at all times that our needs were met to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We really recommend this spot, and we'll definitely visit again in the summer.

Had a lovely weekend break here for my partners birthday, the place looked just like the photos and felt really spacious and private. Harry and his wife were great hosts, the kitchen was well stocked and had all the appliances you could need and there was lots to do nearby and a bonus that it’s close to shops/supermarkets as well, thank you!

Fabulous little flat. Had an issue with the cooker which was repaired very quickly. Great communication. Staying for longer than planned.

We stayed for a few days and felt right at home. Communication with our host was quick, easy, and helpful. Loved the car park spot and the ease to get inside without having to deal with stairs. The home was clean and comfortable, including the beds. The only thing I would make note of is the couches could use an upholstery clean, but have blankets to cover them so I wasn’t too put off by it. Would stay again 👌🏻

We had a lovely long weekend visiting family with our 2 labs Holly and Willow. They loved canine corner and were spoiled with all their walks on the beach. We enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was exactly as presented with a very comfortable couch for relaxing and bed for sleeping. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Our host was also very responsive. Would not hesitate to stay again!

We had an absolutely fantastic getaway. House was beautiful and very spacious. Great garden too. Great communication from the hosts. Will definitely be paying another visit.

Second time stopping at the old drill hall, perfect location for visiting family. The house is lovely a home from home cosy open plan living 😊 We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay while visiting grandparents, the cottage is a little gem, it’s beautiful, lovely quiet location, and spotlessly clean, the children loved the garden and hot tub, and I have to say the hot tub was spotless and very well maintained, this has always been an issue with previous cottages we’ve stayed in, the children loved it that much they didn’t want to leave, we have already re booked to stay in the summer and can’t wait. Sam is a fantastic hostess and helped us out after leaving a couple of things behind, nothing was to much trouble.

Our contractor team enjoyed their stay. It works perfectly when each member of the team has their own space and they always appreciate having secure parking when working away from home on site.

What an absolute gem. A beautiful bright and airy home yet still cosy and like a home from home. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect for exploring and it’s very peaceful. We had the most relaxing weekend and will definitely be back!

Lovely house in a quiet close with 2 pubs within walking distance. Key box made entrance easy. The house was very clean and tidy and cosy. Just after we arrived we noticed a loose cupboard door under the sink, but without asking, Toms father arrived and fixed it before we’d even unpacked. We mentioned that there were no mirrors in the bedrooms and no full length mirror anywhere, only small bathroom ones. No sooner had we mentioned it, Toms father arrived with 2 full length mirrors for each bedroom and installed them. We were amazed at their quick response to our requests!! Very efficient and friendly hosts. We visited all the large towns around the area looking at antiques of which there were plenty local shops. A great touch to this house was also the 2 maps on the wall showing places of interest which were listed by number matching location. Excellent help in our planning days out. We loved our 5 night stay here and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great place to stay. Deborah was responsive, friendly and helpful. The space is as described with all the home comforts, a lovely kitchen and everything you could need in a studio. I stayed with a baby and toddler which probably wouldn't be the expected set up but was a great stop gap before we move overseas. It would also be a great place if visiting friends or family nearby but want your own space.

What to say.....really this place has it all, its small, but you dont feel cramped, natural light and those touches that make you feel cared for. Cozy, and close to the town, peacefull with great local dog walks. Really you couldnt ask for more, hope to return soon.

Great location right on the main street in Woodhall Spa. It is a busy road ,but didn't affect us, just worth bearing in mind if you are looking for absolute peace. Was perfect for us as we dumped the car at the back and did everything in Woodhall on foot. Beautifully appointed apartment and exceptionally responsive host. Ate at Kitchinetta both breakfast and lunch, had nice Indian across the road. 30 mins into Lincoln. lovely little break and will be back. Thanks Harriet

The photographs don't convey how spacious the apartment is inside. The accommodation was well furnished, well equipped and immaculately clean. There were small jars of sweets & dog treats to greet us as well as lovely toiletries provided, which was a lovely touch, as well as milk, tea & coffee. The bed was very comfortable which is always appreciated after a long drive. The location was perfect for our needs & our hosts directions made the accommodation easy to find and the apartment has its own dedicated parking space at the rear. It is also dog friendly with a small enclosed garden to let our dogs have a run about. It was our first visit to Woodhall Spa and what a lovely place it is with its quirky shops, eateries and an amazing bakery. There is also a cinema in the woods dating back to 1922 which is still going strong! We would happily recommend this accommodation and look forward to coming back soon as we would love to explore the area more on our next visit.

This was a return visit to Les’ place and was as good as we remembered. It is stylish, warm and really well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the bath and showers are spotlessly clean. It is perfect for walking into town, to the museum (worth a visit) and the shops. The carpark pass for a spot outside the building was ideal and meant that we didn’t have to use the car. Les responded quickly to any requests. We will definitely return again.

He was a great host, manage to grab this late at night but luckily his response was really quick. Great communication and he made me feel welcome and at home! Everything was fresh and gave me a menu to look at since I hadn't eaten and told me about what's about! I'd definitely recommend and go back to him when in lincoln! Thank you
