Townhouse holiday rentals in Concord

We enjoyed or stay. I loved the neighborhood, the different colors of the townhouses were great to see. This place was spacious, comfy, cozy, and laid back. Daniel gave specific and detailed instructions and we made sure to follow them. Finding the trash cans was kind of confusing even with the instructions only because we was afraid to place the trash in the wrong bin not knowing how the community would react. Even though Daniel's instructions were clear, we ended up asking one of the neighbors just to be sure that it was the right thing to do. We had fun in the house and was sure to respect the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place for so many reasons! SAFETY SECURITY ACCESSIBLE RELAXING! Thx so much Daniel for allowing us to stay. I loved Charlotte so much to the point that I have made it my decision to relocate there.

Stylish duplex cottage in walkable wooded neighborhood. Super location by Providence Rd and near Myers Park area. I had everything I needed as biz traveler. Hope to stay again.

Levi’s place is immaculate; my friends and I had a pleasant experience; we agreed that it was one of the best AirBnBs we have visited. Levi let us know he left us yogurt in the fridge, it was such a nice surprise and so kind of him!

This was a great stay for my family visiting for the holidays. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of charm! The home was spacious and cute, and exactly what we were expecting. The in unit washer and dryer was very helpful for our extended stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Eli was amazing! I booked very last minute and he responded quicker than I expected. I would most definitely book your home again! Everything was clean, comfortable beds. I have no complaints! The kids loved the snacks.

This was my 1st Airbnb experience, and I'm happy to have been a guest at Kaddra's place for 4 months. It was certainly a Home Away from Home experience. It was a pleasure meeting her husband & baby. Some days, they were their, but most days not. Fully stocked kitchen perfect for when I meal prepped. I work remotely, so it was great to be able to take a break and walk around the complex. There's so many things to do in Charlotte and an easy commute to the uptown area. Many shops, the gym, movies theater and much more. Super close to the South Carolina border. I highly recommend!!!! Kaddra is a wonderful host, and her place met all of my needs.

This was a very accommodating place to stay and it was great for our large family. Owners were very responsive and even sent someone to the house with extra supplies that we needed. It was an awesome experience all around!

Place was spotlessly clean, convenient, and exactly as advertised. Furniture and beds were comfortable and house had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the comfy office chair and desk since I teleworked from there for several days. Host was super friendly and responsive, and was extremely generous and accommodating when I had a late change of plans.

I truly love this place felt right at home. What i love the most was the area , very quiet , peaceful and private. I also love the fact that the house caters to everyone needs . Love , love, love the master bedroom. And the fact that it has a laundry room was a plus for my family and i. Definitely will stay here again Definitely added to my top stay list. The host was also very reliable.

My husband and I stay for a month while we we visiting family in Charlotte and waiting for our new house to be built. it was everything we needed and more. Location was great for quiet walks with the dogs. The coffee shop was great, the view of the skyline was beautiful. We were able to work remotely and explore Charlotte, quick drive to see the Panthers play and a cheap rideshare to see the Hornets. We really enjoyed our stay and Chris was incredibly communicative when needed and proactive.

This place was so beautiful inside and out. Alycea you did an amazing job I really felt at home. Everyone she’s amazing we were sleeping and she locked the door from her phone at 3 in the morning. The whole experience was GREAT ❤️❤️❤️

We had such a lovely stay! The area in the back is amazing for relaxing! The home has beautiful furnishings and was so clean! We felt right at home! Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of the things we needed to cook meals. The many light switches were labeled, such a simple yet nice touch. The attention to detail was wonderful.

We highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again. The location is great and gives easy access to Charlotte. The house looks fairly new and is being maintained very well. It felt like a home away from home. Our family enjoyed our stay and built memories as we celebrated the holiday!!
