The downstairs apartment is available for AirBnB guests. Our home is on the lake in the Foothills of NC with water sports in our back yard. Great atmosphere, views, lake, and R&R. The apartment includes one bedroom (1 king size bed, 1 queen foam mattress), a living room, an entertainment area with pool table and darts. It also has a full private bath. The apartment steps out onto a private lower deck overlooking the lake. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business people, and families.

The "Miss Molly" treehouse has been the subject of many discussions as possibly the best treehouse in the Carolina's. Its a roomy 220 sq. ft and features a queen bed in the loft, Heat/Ac, Shower, Toilet, TV and DVD player. It has a very comfortable nook where you can enjoy the TV, a good book, or even take a short nap. The large deck offers a great view over the property and has two rocking chairs as well as a bistro table for eating at.

What a beautiful location and perfect accommodations. We loved being able to sit on the screened in porch for meals and used the dock for a morning yoga session. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was cozy and inviting. Would highly recommend Cliff and his beautiful home to a family or group who wants to get away with beautiful surroundings.

My wife and I had a great stay at Nate's place. It was conveniently located within walking distance to Old Town where we found some great restaurants and shops. The place had everything we needed, was easy to access and was very clean. We would happily stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! We traveled to see a show at Ovens and Elizabeth's home was super close, clean, welcoming, and perfect for our time in Charlotte. Great location and a super comfy home and bed. The auditorium was within walking distance and so was a delightful brewery, Vaulted Oak, and a fun bar, Smokey Joe's. We felt completely at home and I wish we had booked the place longer. Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful!

We enjoyed our stay at this retro ranch. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the place felt like stepping back to simpler times. From the lava lamps, to the old prints on the wall, to the shelves filled with books from down through the decades, we found things pleasantly quaint. We were happy to have access to the washer and dryer, and the outdoor space was a nice feature as well. Thanks for a great stay!
