Monthly Rentals in Conch Bar

We loved this place! Stayed 4 nights here after a 3 night stay on Provo. This quiet laid back island was perfect for relaxing. Literally no traffic or roundabouts! Felt like home with lot's of thoughtful details and amenities provided. We rented a car from Al's (at the ferry) then met Hope at the house. Nice lady! Very clean accommodations! We appreciated the bottled water, laundry supplies, coolers and beach equipment provided. We loved sitting on the porch mornings with our coffee listening to the waves nearby. We loved having the beach so close. Felt very private. Spent one day driving over to Middle Cays, exploring beaches and sites. We spent most of our days on "our own beach". Whitby Beach is much more private, and the beach is beautiful. There were empty conch shells and starfish washed up in places. (Starfish were helped back into the sea to grow). We could easily walk to a nearby restaurant/bar(Barracudas) from the property. We hope to return one day and stay longer

We had a great stay at Alith's place! Alith was very kind and quick to answer all our questions. The home looked just like the pictures—clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, with easy access from the main road. It was only about 15 minutes from the ferry and 10 minutes from one of our favorite spots, Greenwich Channel, which has beautiful, clear, and shallow water. It was also conveniently close to some of our go-to places. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We had the most wonderful stay and vacation in Middle Caicos! The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Erica was so helpful with advice as we planned for our trip. The location was exactly what we were hoping for! Private, peaceful and beautiful beyond description. The house was so comfortable, and the screened in porch was our favorite place to hang out. As described, it is a remote location so best to bring what you need for food and drinks; we bought food in Provo before we took the ferry over. Bug spray is wise if you venture out at dawn or dusk. Our favorite restaurant was Mudjin at Dragon Cay. My Dee’s Friday night BBQ was great too, but the 40 min. drive was a bit much for us at night time. We explored a little, but our favorite thing to do was hang out at the house and on the beach. Another highlight was a fishing/snorkeling charter with Dedrick of One Stop Sporting Shop. Jonathan’s taxi went above and beyond. I’m so grateful that we found this slice of paradise!
